Swandor Hotels & Resort Topkapi Palace is not 5*
This hotel is not 5star hotel! A very nice and beautiful architectural design. But service and cleanliness is really poor. The hotel has a bad food variety, no original drinks, no disposable or plastic glasses at pool/beach areas which makes a pool area really dangerous. Lack of staff everywhere.
