Amazing resort, lots of activities throughout the day, especially taiolred for kids. lots of dining options, and very attentive staff. The only flaw is the beds were too soft and not as comfortable as i would have liked.

Great facilities but the service can improve
Hotel facilities are great, our room for 2 adults and 2 kids was perfect, maybe small bathroom but not big deal, our kids loved the swimming pools, the kids club and entertainment activities. Also the private beach and the pier are very nice. But service needs to improve a lot, it was really difficult find someone when we need some help, service in restaurants should be quick cleaning tables, some staff members don’t speak English as we expected in this kind of resorts.

This hotel has so much potential however a many things let it down and at best you could consider it 4 stars at the moment. Good points - Big resort, ample sunbeds even in peak (front row of pool go very early but can go down at 9-10 and still find loungers) - premium brands of alcohol (but ask for brands else they occasionally put in local stuff that tastes like paint stripper) - rooms clean (no turn down in evening) and if anything missing a quick call will address. - wifi good throughout hotel Bad - advertise multiple restaurants but only 1 of the 3 al a carte restaurants can be used once per stay. Others are paid for. Would expect 1 visit per restaurant per stay minimum... also food in these is the same as main buffet so no point in paying and no variation (I prefer al a carte to get something different) - vegitarian food lacking. Was so bored by the end of the 11 night stay just wanted to get home. Pizza, pasta, chips, noodles, rice. Not 1 plant based product, no pasta to order so you can mix it up, pizza lack sauce and take like dough and cheese... and cross contamination everywhere with spoons/tongs - while on face value looks like lots of food not actually that much choice and everyday the same. Maybe theme nights would help but even my husband who eats meat got bored.a lot of over cooked items (left in heaters too long) and repeated items making it look more vast then it was - no pool side drinks service, infact lack of service everywhere. No1 offers drinks at m

We (family of 4) stayed at the Swandor Topkapi Palace for a week. Overall the resort was very beautiful and had a really good vibe. We ventured out the hotel a couple of times and found that the taxi prices/eating out/souvenir prices were ridiculously high. I have been to Turkey 3 times in the past and i wont be returning anytime soon. Pros Close to the airport Provides free shuttle service to Antalya mall and back Everyone was friendly and polite Staff regularly cleaning English speaking Entertainment every night Hotel itself was grand and beautifully decorated Swimming pool is huge Beach strip is huge Has an Aqua park on site Cons Really busy in the summer holidays Indoor pool was empty Sun loungers near pool would be taken up as early as 7am! Mini bar snacks were the same every day Dining area got really busy at times and difficult to find a table. The hot food wasnt great and the same every night A la Carte offered free for one night if you stay for a week - was fully booked up past our return date. When enquired, no conscious effort to try and accomodate us elsewhere. On site shop prices were extortionate - they even charge €5 to blow up an inflatable Limited entertainment for older kids - my boys are 9 and 11 and the kids club was not suited for them. Only two pool tables for a resort that size! We had to wait around an hour to have a turn.

To home may concern about this place make sure you do your research before booking at this place, property not as described on the web site food is not good so many people that you can’t find a table to eat or seat you are like in place were people are so hungry like their is food shortage over populated over rated never go to this place you will be disappointed the rooms are outside from the Maine hotel you need to walk all around so frustrating service at this place if it will be zero that will be the best rating for this place we travel to turkey from USA every year we have visited other hotel they are nothing comparison to this place don’t waist your money on this trip you will regret buy far worst customer service is ver nasty you will know while you are their we stayed for 4 days we could not wait to leave this place we had a booking for 10 days we could not longer stay any longer all reviews say excellent but when you find out it’s not true this place is a junk we visited many other places and enjoyed everything food service bar rooms showers everything are excellent but don’t get fooled by the rating on this hotel as we did and the worst part is they don’t even allow you for early check out they don’t even give you check out document we was so upset by the way they served us never ever go to this place and don’t waist your money you will not be happy they don’t even serve water bottles they use cheep containers you can’t even open them so cheaply made .

This is a complete all you need all inclusive big resort hotel. All necessary holidays experiences are included. High quality beverage brands, siganute coctail bar, hundres of tasty food varieties, multiple high quality night shows, entertainment and music, full time working large kids club, pool parties, foam parties, concerts, nice beach and pool area, excellent service with many staff. Highly recommended.

This is a great place the food is really good customer service is really good. Shows are really good. Pools are clean and nice. Just a couple of points they should add more staff for service you have to wait until someone is available and it is takes long they are working hard but short staff I believe

Our stay at Hotel Swandor was disappointing. The baby pool was often dirty, and one day we even saw a baby poop in the water. Unfortunately, no one cleaned the pool or evacuated it. The food variety was acceptable, but some days the salads and vegetables were not fresh. Both my son and I got sick with vomiting and diarrhea, which the doctor attributed to a viral illness likely contracted from the hotel. We spent the last two days in our room recovering. Additionally, the route to the slide was slippery, and finding a bed by the pool was nearly impossible due to towels being reserved from as early as 7:00 am.
