The location is great and he probably I had was the AC unit was not cooling that too I brought it up to the front desk they said I lowered the AC unit to low. So I left it at 74 as I hey recommended to me. So when I got back from the casino the room was at 78 I told front desk one more time they went upstairs and reset it AC. It did not salve the problem. Other than that check out is at 1130 if you go past a minute they will charge you a days rate. Not a late fee.

This hotel is way over priced and should only be considered if nothing else is available. 1st, the door to the hotel room scrapes the floor when you try to push it open. 2nd the toilet got stopped up and my husband had to use their plunger to unstop it because, there was no maintenance onsite at that time. The night desk attendant was asleep at the desk (after 1:00 am) & lastly the breakfast they offer only consisted of mostly pre-packaged items. For over cost of $300.00 for the night is asking too much for this hotel.

The bottom lock in our room didn't work. We had to shove a chair under the door handle. The ice bucket was cracked. There was 1 ice machine for the whole hotel. The breakfast was cereal and waffles and frozen breakfast sandwiches. The elevator was very loud and creaky and made popping noises.

Soft beds and pillows was on point after walking the casino all night. only thing is my room smelled a little weird but I always pack air freshener and sanitizer so it wasn't a big deal. The breakfast was nice fresh waffles variety of beverages and pastries cold and hot cereal. Thanks for the amazing service
