Hello, i wish they gave some water when i ask them when i check in, had to go to the machines outside in the parking lot to buy some. They should offer some snacks in the lobby where you check in, thank you.

Its an older property. But you can tell they are trying. The bathroom was painted and ha newer fixtures. The floor in our room was cheaper and peeling in places. The chair in the room looked like it was from he 60's. But overall it was decent, nothing great. The staff were kinda jerks. We usual don't have our room cleaned during stays. Just prefer no one is in our room when we aren't. So we usually track down housekeeping and exchange towels and garbage/bags. These people really seemed to have an issue with that. The first day (this is a motel) i saw the cart but couldn't find the housekeeper. So i asked at the desk if i could exchange towels and was told yes. I did, but i took a couple extra towels for the next night also. And within 5 minutes i received a call on the room phone followed by a visit from the manager i guess and housekeeper like i stole the towels. The next day my wife spoke directly to the housekeeper to exchange the towels and the person at the front desk then gave her a hard time saying that she shouldn't be speaking to the housekeeper because now she is behind in her work. Nevermind she didn't have to clean our room. So other than staff being rude and having some strange obsession over clean towels it wasn't horrible. But if i ever go back to that area id definitely spend a little more and go somewhere else.
