Miserable stay
The room was advertised as a king with a pull-out sofa/sitting area. It had a lumpy king sized bed and 1 chair to sit in. The shower rod was jiggling around and wouldn't hold the shower curtain in place and there was greasy hand prints as well as chunks of something on the wall and the whole thing was just in need of repairs and paint.The lady who checked us in was nice enough, but didn't communicate that we would need to ask for room service and didn't listen to the fact that my husband and I are both mildly disabled. She put us on the backside of the motel, opposite the parking lot, as well as upstairs. The man who checked us out was outside smoking when we can down to check out and not dressed professionally at all so i didn't recognize that he was working there until i told my husband that there was nobody there to give us a receipt, then he was rude with every word he spoke and never made eye contact even once. I have worked hotel front desk and front desk management and i would literally fire anyone who was that rude to a guest! The only truly good thing about this motel was the Denny's that is located in front of them! The waitresses and manager, not to mention the cooks made my visit far better with their bright smiles, friendliness and compassion over my sister's death (which was the whole point of our visit) and were amazing! I highly recommend their restaurant! I will not return to this motel though. Absolutely not a good stay at all!

This was a good hotel for the price point. My only complaint is that the place is not as "new" as it appears to be in the pictures. But we were happy and would definitely stay again.

Great service from the staff. Very friendly. Only issue was that the room was not up to date as far as offering USB plugs. Most places these days have lamps and or phone/clocks with some USB plugs for device charging.

Its not a super modern motel by any means. Needs some tlc and renovations for sure. I will say though, if you just need a comfy bed for the night this will do just fine. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was standard. I really couldn't ask for mor for the price.

The stay was good nothing fantastic about it but not terrible either. Suggest that they update plugs and add more. Update shower and toiletries. Shampoo dried out hair.

Comfortable bed and clean restroom outdated shower faucets old and need fixing. Leaking and hard to adjust worn out faucet and toilet stained needs replacement. TV remote not programmed to tv because we were told Maintenance took all the room tvs to replace batteries hence none syncing to the TV have to use tv buttons LOL!!

The front desk personnel , she was very friendly and considerate. House keeping staff, was very helpful in correcting and showing how to use the TV system. Property could use a upgrade in maintenance and fixtures. Room was nice, but could use some improvements. The standing light fixture needs to be replaced. The turn on switch is loose and may cause a shock to someone. Fridge needs a light bulb, or replace unit with a better one. Microwave needs to be replaced, knob is broken unable to set on proper number for heating. Other than these concerns. Quality Inn, is a nice cozy place. Could use some remodeling on the building and rooms.

As soon As I walked in we were greated. Very friendly. Room was nice and clean. Everything we needed was no more than 5 minutes drive. Breakfast was good and the kitchen staff very friendly. I liked that she conversated with the guest. Woll definitely be back again
