Spanning across two floors, our spacious house boasts a generous living space of 80 square meters. Step into the inviting ground floor, where you'll find a beautifully appointed living room and dining area, perfect for gatherings with loved ones. The adjacent well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need. A convenient toilet completes this level of the house.

Featuring two private terraces, enveloped by a charming romantic garden. Enjoy al fresco dining or simply soak up the sunshine in this serene outdoor space. From the rear terrace, you'll have direct access to the communal pool of our small residential complex.

Ascending to the upper floor, you'll discover two elegantly illuminated bedrooms (of course with folding blinds to darken), each thoughtfully designed for your comfort.
