I stayed here on three separate nights and enjoyed my stay. The front desk was helpful arranging transportation to and from the airport, were extremely friendly and welcoming! The property grounds are well-maintained and the restaurant has vegetarian options as well. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tanzania!

His dedication went far beyond what anyone could expect. When I lost a personal object that seemed almost impossible to recover, Daniel did not stop until he found it. His effort, persistence, and genuine care turned a stressful situation into a story with a perfect ending. This level of attention and humanity is rare to find and made us feel truly valued as guests. Gran Meliá Arusha is not just a luxury hotel with stunning facilities—it is a place where people truly make the difference. We will forever be grateful for this unforgettable experience and we cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. We will definitely return.
