Er was een probleem met de betaling, het hotel was vooruit betaald bij hotels.com, maar men diende toch nog ter plekke ook nog eens te betalen omdat het hotel verkocht was en zij een andere bankrekening hadden. De staff was zeer onwillig en onvriendelijk hierover
