Beautiful hotel for a quiet night away. The spa facilities are amazing. Food excellent especially breakfast. Staff so professional and very friendly. Overall I would absolutely recommend this hotel for a quiet break away.

Our stay was perfect, all the staff were very helpful, polite, pleasant and accommodating. The spa experience was lovely, and the dinner, drinks and breakfast were all delicious. The room was beautiful and we had a wonderful time away celebrating our wedding anniversary.

Everything was great... apart from the noise. There was a wedding on who made lots of noise up and down the corridor until 4am, and no-one said anything to them. We were hoping to get a restful night away but that was taken away from us. The receptionist said she passed this on and someone would call us.. but that hasn't happened.

It was amazing fabulous overnight stay with mates. Staff were very helpful and friendly really made us feel welcome. Spa facilities were excellent and as for food it was first class notch in the restaurant and a fabulous breakfast too. Beautiful surroundings with loads of lovely walks we just loved thus place.

Amazing stay!
Just checked out after 2 nights and we had the most relaxing time. The hotel is beautiful! Amazing walking trails and the rooms a spacious and spotless. The spa is a great and plenty to do. There is also a gym with some machines and free weights but the trails are a great way to get your cardio in. The breakfast buffet was great and we also ate in Cedars Steakhouse & the Lobby bar. Both meals were faultless and lots of vegetarian options. The thing that made the hotel for us though was the staff and attention to detail. So friendly and helpful, nothing was any trouble. They also surprised us with a beautiful dessert and prosecco for our anniversary which was so lovely. We will definitely be back and recommending it to everyone.

Didn't quite meet expectations
We enjoyed our stay but hotel didn't quite meet our expectations. Hard to pinpoint why.....staff did their job but weren't overly friendly or went extra mile. Room was nice but window sliding door didn't work properly and was covered in cobwebs. The bathroom was clean but sink cracked multiple places but was functional. Shower head was fixed unable to adjust height. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. We didn't eat dinner in the hotel, options didn't suit our taste. Spa facilities were the best part of this hotel. Enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool and free access to thermal suites.
