Countertops were dirty and had toothpaste on them when we got into our room there was a broken picture frame on the wall with a missing piece of glass. The shower had mold in it and there were blackout curtains but the privacy curtains were missing. The fake leather on the couch was peeling in multiple areas and needed to be replaced.For nearly $300 a night you tend to expect more. The lobby is beautiful the rest of the hotel is dated and in dire need of repair and remodel. Definitely nicer hotels to stay at in the area. The only upside is this one has a casino attached. However the casino is dark and weary and did not have a fun atmosphere. Definitely would not recommend coming here again.

We stayed on the 4th floor, which hasn’t been updated yet. Nice big room, comfortable bed, lots of seating, but small TV and needs to be remodeled or freshed like the other rooms.

Hot tub was out of order, and pool was green. Only 3 towels in the room, good thing no one had to wash their hair. At least coffee shop was good and the band at the bar was great. The margarita at the bar was horrible though, overpriced sugar water.

The hot tub was out of order (the whole reason I picked the resort was for the hot tub). The pool was green. Only 3 towels in the room (there was three of us, glad no one had to wash their hair). The white duvet covers were stained black. On the good side- the band they hired to play in the bar area was amazing. The coffee shop was great and the staff was very friendly.

I liked that we could have our dinner in the bar while we watched the game. I didn't like there was only 1coffer cup in room had grounds in it no little kurg coffee and pods long piece of hair on lid of toilet sink was a little dirty

This was a sad excuse for a Resort. The upgrade room had peeling paint falling from the ceiling, room service was non-existent, no access to plug in a computer ir to charge your phone, it was really nothing better than 2 stars. Extremely disappointing

You'll sleep well
Stayed for my 50th reunion and found the room very nice, clean and quiet from other guests. There are bands that often perform in the lower level, so if you think this might be a problem for you, just ask for a room on the third floor or above. Good restaurants within and nearby. Great views of the area
