This is my second stay at this hotel and I got the crapiest beds - they were super soft and sunk in when I laid down - did not rest well at all but I had no where else to go during my stay. The beds were not like this previously.

I've stayed here before, so I was familiar with the hotel. The only problem I experienced was my room had a "roll-in" shower, which I did not expect nor need. The shower curtain was about 8 inches too short for a roll in shower, so the bathroom floor was flooded after my shower, and I had to call for more towels to clean up the mess. I requested to be moved to another room the next day (I was too tired to move that night, having already had a shower and in my night clothes.) They did accommodate my request, and the rest of the stay was great.
