Our first night the front desk person (who said she normally worked in sales) was friendly, professional and helpful. However the next morning the front desk clerk on duty was rude, unhelpful and acted like she was too good to even answer our questions! Someone like her should not be in customer service!

This is our 2nd stay at this property and each time we get consistent service and support. There is so much to like from the location to nearby shopping and dining to the friendliness of the staff. There isn’t anything I would change. Great vacation spot for couples as well as families.

We have come here twice within 2 years and the service is always great. They give you, with certain reservations complimentary breakfast and two cocktails per adult. Rooms are clean and spacious.

The stay was comfortable and quiet. The security person came and brought us towels and fixed the TV very promptly and with a great attitude. The location is great and close to the shopping mall and restaurants. Breakfast was good, hot, fresh and had plenty of options. I would stay here again.

I've stayed at this property multiple times for work and they are always clean and relatively quiet so long as you're not by the elevators. Can't really fault them for that though. The staff is friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast is pretty good also.

I informed the receptionist of my room temperature twice and the room was made cooler during the day but the air stopped working at night. Both night that I stay I woke up completely over heated and covered with sweat.
