Very disappointed
Spent 2nights at this property during a family shopping trip. This was the 4th year at this property and I’m afraid it will be the last. Overall the property is in a convenient location. We felt safe and our cars were secure. The complimentary breakfast was sufficient for our needs. Most everything else was disappointing. The room was not particularly clean. There were beads (from broken necklace?) on the carpet , the desk was sticky with some substance, the coffee cups were dirty, and there was no shower curtain!! How does that even happen? Since we checked in late we made do and asked for one as we left the property the next morning. None had been delivered to our room by the time we returned that evening. At the desk a curtain was finally located and handed over in a wad-no apology, no offer to install it.

The people in the room next to my room were load, and offensive. I had to continually call front desk and ask them to intervene at 4am. I requested a room change and received no response. I will NEVER stay at this facility again.

The room felt tired and worn out. There was no fan in the cramped bathroom so everything was muggy and sticky. The toilet buttons for flushing were discolored and rusted from the humidity. Just wasn’t impressed at all.

The room with two queen beds and pullout couch was so nice! It has so much room and bathroom was so big! Would definitely stay again and GREAT price! Breakfast was so good also, so many choices!
