My stay was a 4 hours layover for a connecting flight. The hotel shuttle is not 24/7 stops running at 10pm. No where was this listed on the booking. No dinning options. I asked for a later checked-Out but was charging me 1/2 the price of the night. The only good part of this hotel is the staff.

The hotel appearance was great! I did see one area for improvement. The shower needed a thorough cleaning as there were brown spots that were in several corners of the shower grout.

The tv didn’t work most of the time I was there they came and tried to fix twice and it went out again I just gave up because another guest said they was having same problem so I just watched my laptop. I seen a baby roach in my bathroom. The housekeeping didn’t come one time and I was there for four days. The front desk people and the Engineer person was very nice. I would stay her again and probably wouldn’t recommend anyone else to either.

Only stayed overnight to be closer to the airport so didn't experience much of the hotel, but it was frustrating that the 24/7 airport shuttle didn't run until 6:00 am even though the website advertises 24/7. When asked about it the staff said the schedule had changed a few weeks ago and they would make note that the website needed updating. Also, not exactly the hotel's fault, but a car alarm went off for over 5 hours during the night. Needless to say, no one got much sleep before our early flight. Rooms were nice and clean.

Concierge staff was rude & impatient. Facilities were just ok, smelled like cheap washing detergent throughout the hotel. No microwave in rooms, just 1 community microwave in the hot 90degree ice room. They do not provide house keeping services for extended stay unless you request. Coffee maker in room did not work. TV remote had no back & batteries would fall out. Woke up one morning being greeted by a roach on th night stand. Iron was cheap & spit hot water spots on clothes. They charge $14 a day for parking & $14 per person for a bull crap breakfast buffet that is nothing more than a continental breakfast. Will not stay there again & do not recommend.
