My room was very clean. I checked in late but, the gentleman that checked me in was extremely polite and make my check in experience a quick one. Hotel was quiet throughout my stay and I would stay again if I’m in the area.

The room we initially checked into, had blood stains on both beds. The only reason I didn't give a one star is for the customer service from the employee who switched our rooms immediately. They didn't come and clean our room ever and we had to ask for towels, and wash cloths. The location is decent, the hotel amenities aren't too bad either. The second room that we switched too was a complete down grade from the room we were in currently. The rook cosmetically was way worse than the original room but the beds weren't bloodied with old blood. By this time it was too late to cancel or try and rebook another room. Overall experience 2/5. More like a motel with amenities

The property upkeep is not up to the mark. Guest rooms are not cleaned well. Beds were lumpy. Bedsheets looked used. Pillow covers didn’t appear fresh. Towels were thin and fraying. Musty smell in the room. The only big plus is that the property offered a microwave and fridge in the room. And the buffet breakfast was a life saver - multiple options to choose from and very well laid out display.
