It’s a convenient location (just 7 minutes from the airport). However, the place needs maintenance. One of the floor had a distinct smell the moment you stepped out of the elevator. The shower curtain rod was not put on correctly so the curtain was no use and water spilled everywhere. Rusty lamps, doors that don’t close all the way. It needs some money invested and it would be a great location then. Staff was the best part though!

I booked a room for 2 queen size beds But they gave me 1 king size bed room when I check in, because of overbooking. They didn’t help me to solve problem. We have 3 adults, one person need to sleep on floor.

Nice hotel. Good value. Pet friendly.
A very nice hotel. Have stayed there multiple times with my dog. A great hotel when traveling with your best friend. They could have more than one person checking in guests.

I expect a clean quiet room when I book a hotel, I received neither. The hotel is infested with cockroaches, and they have loud machines on each floor running into the vents. It was so bad, I left early- I didn’t dare sleep in the beds because of the bug infestation. The hotel refused any refund, even though they are aware of these problems.

The shuttle was on time and convenient. The room was clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful. A few things in the room were missing (hair dryer, privacy tag, bath mat), which were provided on request. The breakfast was below average (only 1 kind of fresh fruit , no butter, overcooked eggs and artificial bacon), with the coffee machine breaking halfway through our stay.
