I was the only person waiting to check in. The young lady tidied up her counter for several minutes before so much as even making eye contact. I was not aware there was a parking fee until check-in, nor was I aware that there would be a $100 hold on my account for up to 14 business days. There were rental AC units in the front lobby; just after stepping away from checking in, I looked back and politely asked if AC would be an issue in the rooms. I called to her a few times until realizing she had headphones in. I gave up and went to my room. The bathroom floor was dirty; there were still clothing tags on the floor. Later, I saw almonds and popcorn on the floor around the base of the bed-- we had neither during our stay, so there's no telling how long that had been there. It made me question staying there, but with my schedule, I had no time or funds available to seek out other arrangements. The dorm frig barely cooled our drinks; we did not receive a shampoo and conditioner-- just two conditioners. The box at the parking gate is taped up and difficult to use. The exit gate remained open, so at one point I had to enter through the exit to park. All of these things individually would seem of small concern; but when you put them all together it made for a less than desirable stay. This site needs a renovation and/or a deep clean. I would not recommend this location, and I likely will avoid any others in this chain for future travel.
