We are big fans of La Quinta, ordinarily. At this one the shuttle service and breakfast were both superior. The condition of the room and its amenities were below the standard we expect: frayed carpet, walls a bit banged up, amazingly lousy tv interface…

it's really hard to get someone to talk on phone. i've already at the airport and wait for shuttle but it took me 30 mins and called over 3 times to call to figure out where to meet the shuttle. The staffs gave me the wrong infor and in fact the international passengers have to walk to domestic terminals to take shuttle

Check in was smooth and quick. Staff wasn’t the friendliest. I guess the ventilation system in the lobby needed some repairs due to 2 large machines in the lobby coming from the ceiling. Rooms were standard. Walls see thin; heard someone cursing their family out in my room. Bathroom set up is awkward. The book opens into the toilet/shower area and it’s a close space. I smashed my finger 2x on the heavy shower door. Definitely a hazard for children. Overall a decent hotel. It sits in from of Southwest airport terminal. I heard a few planes take off but not horrible.

Our stay at the LaQuinta was perfect and convenient to the airport. It was clean, the staff was friendly, the complementary breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again.
