Where do I start ….lets start with the fact that the staff member took over 30 mins to get me checked in , he proceeded to answer the phone while checking me in , when I got my key cards me and my boyfriend went upstairs and couldn’t get the door open , we had to go back downstairs to tell the front desk person that we couldn’t get the door open while heading there , the elevator buttons were smashed in ! It took almost 10 mins to get the elevator! When I came down and told the desk person he told me to “pull the handle up , we went back up and tried again and had to ask him to call someone up , my boyfriend eventually got us in. This all took well over an hour …..we got there at 8:36 and didn’t get out of the hotel until after 10 pm and missed going out to eat dinner . We also had to pay for parking separately. For all of the inconveniences you would think it would be somewhat comped but nope , he told my boyfriend the price but took over 30 mins to just pay and get the parking card . While checking out we showered and noticed the tub was dirty but we were having to move the handle back and forth to get the hot water to work . It was my worse experience at à la Quinta I have ever had .
