The broom was disgusting first when you pull out the bed there was underwear and socks and trash. All in there you know the bed had I don’t know what kind of stains on it. It was horrible and then the dressers and stuff like that they’re all like somebody threw something in the garbage and splattered everywhere. It was all over the wall and stuff like that. They don’t wipe none of that down. I had to go buy bleach and and clean all that up. I don’t like to be complaining, but you know it was horrible. I stayed there three times never complained only this time.

I am not normally one to complain, but this place was truly awful. One entire day we had no working toilet. We called down early in the morning and they said they'd come fix it. By 9pm, our keys no longer worked on the outside doors or the actual room and when we got back inside (after having to go all the way down to the front desk from the 6th floor) our toilet had STILL not been fixed. The toilet was not working for 8+ hours! We called down to the desk and the person was super rude and said "We will send someone if we have time." Then, to just make everything worse, we woke up on our final day in Atlanta to find that the water was not working in the room at all! So once again, no working toilet. Now with no showers or brushing our teeth before we left the hotel. Oh, and they double charged me, taking 6 full days to drop the additional charges/holds on my card. So a room costing less than $200 initially, ended up eating up over $550 for 6 days before they straightened out their mess. Please don't go here. It's awful.

The room was clean, everything was good except my room key was not working for my room and I had to visit the front desk multiple times before the issue was fixed however the last time the staff wasted no time resolving the key card issue. Other than that the stay was good.
