Top three worst hotel stay experiences. Late check in time, room has puddle in it, disposable shot glass from previous guest, shower curtain rod barely hanging from wall. Next morning notified management about the issues, took total 7 hours to figure out, questioned three times before it was attended to, ultimately moving to a different room. The night before checkout, my party returns our rental car at the airport, and go to the hotel shuttle pickup/ dropoff area, wait of approximately 45 minutes until a bystander mentioned the shuttle was moved to a different area of the airport. I contact the hotel, they knew about it and was told there were signs, there were but not where we were. After arriving to the now correct pickup/ dropoff area, another 45 minutes passes to no shuttle, I contact the hotel to confirm the time of the last pickup, and was told 145am. The time is 1245 am now. I inquire about the pickup schedule, I was told every "15" and "45" of the hour. The time then is 1:25 am, and not one shuttle came for the expected pickup times. I was told it would be there at 1:45am. We arrived back to the hotel around 1:50am, after another hotel shuttle offered to drop us off. Again, not my worst, but very close, just in a different experience.
