Enjoyable stay

The staff at the front desk were very helpful and pleasant. They were able to answer any questions I had. The housekeeping staff are nice and accommodating. My room was very clean, and the beds are really comfortable. The restaurant, The Burger Place, very clean. I had great service and food! The burgers are delicious! I would definitely stay there again!

There was a strange smell in my room, and so I decided to open a window. I then saw that there were numerous ants (some winged, some not) gathered around different parts of the window. (The strange smell might have been pesticide, but I don't know.) To the hotel's credit, when I showed a picture of the ants to the desk clerk, he moved me to a different room.

Night staff was extremely rude and standoffish. I booked here because I had a deal, but i will never book here again. My room key was given to a couple and they were told that they were checking in my room, so just imagine how nervous i was when i hear someone coming in my room after 8 PM… i wasn’t due to check out until days later. I went out the following day and came back to having to have my keys reset because none of them worked.

This is place awesome for its location by the airport. It is very clean and has a luxurious flair to it. It is well secured from the parking lot to the actual building. There is a restaurant on the facility however you prefer other food than American , you would have to sep out.

The staff at the Sonesta ATL South is what makes this stay excellant. The manager works very hard to accommodate the guests when something goes wrong. She is very professional and kind which positively influences every aspect of their customer service. The building itself needs care, and they go out of their way to make sure everything is working properly. Would definitely stay there again❤️
