A great place but prepare for few extra charges
It was and did look like a luxury hotel, until i started noticing some nickel and dime instances. The parking lot coating was dated for instance with some areas that had bad cracks or un-repaired patches. Second quirk was no hot water after 2:00pm. At least some warm water would have served after our trip. Aside from those quirks the good sides were many.. from the cozy beddings and the esthetics in the building.

Knew we would miss our connecting flight home from Atlanta when we had a delayed departure from London. Sitting on the runway...I booked the Westin closest to the airport for a quick in and out with shuttle service. Staff was extremely helpful in getting us a small dinner in the dining room and we quickly settled in for the night on their deliciously comfortable, dreamy mattress...and immaculate room. Left at 6 am for ATL and home.

This is a convenient location close to Atlanta's Airport. The hotel is clean and up to date with good amenities. I would highly rate the service at the breakfast buffet. Wanda has served us on multiple visits to the hotel and is always very friendly and helpful. My morning coffee never ran empty! Really enjoy visiting the hotel and will be back again.
