AC Weekend
I absolutely love the remodeled rooms and the overall update to the gaming floor and the building itself.Smells fresh n clean the moment you walk in.I’ve stayed at other casinos in AC but Ballys is my goto choice now.Conveniently located in the middle of everything.The gaming floor is perfect and comfortable.Can’t wait for our next trip back.

This was good until 2010, now this property is outdated & dirty. Staff looked and acted like they are running correctional facility. Wrost part is they still charge same as other establishment that are lot better.

Very dirty, old gum on blanket, blood stains on pillow cases, dead bugs in light fixtures and a room service tray in hallway with food on it for more than 24 hours. Staff not helpful and the people who were a few doors down got stuck in the elevator.

Had to pay extra to access room 2 hrs prior to 4 pm even when hotel was semi empty and rooms were ready, Bathroom floor had 2 pubic hairs and sink was dirty. Everything else was good.

We only stayed one night. My son and I stayed at Bally‘s because we had tickets to a wrestling show nearby. The room was mostly clean and comfortable, however, the casino reeked heavily of cigarettes and made it hard to breathe when maneuvering through the main floors.
