I recently stayed at this property for the second time, having had a pleasant experience during my first visit in the high tower. Unfortunately, my recent stay was far from satisfactory. I was assigned a room in a different tower that had several issues: Unpleasant Smell:The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, which made the stay uncomfortable. Noise Disturbance:There was loud noise throughout the night, making it difficult to rest. Poor Window View: The window had thick glass that obstructed the view, making it impossible to enjoy the surroundings. It felt like the room was near some mechanical equipment or similar, adding to the discomfort. Given these issues, I believe that these rooms are not suitable for guests and should instead be used for storage. I was looking forward to a relaxing stay before the start of the school year, but I left feeling disappointed. In the future, I would appreciate the option to choose a room based on its specific features, not just whether it has an ocean view. I would have gladly paid more for a better room to ensure a comfortable stay. I hope you will take my feedback into consideration to improve the experience for future guests.

We had a short 1 night stay: We checked in late - Internet didn’t work by putting in last name and room#. Called the front desk from hotel phone and was on hold for over 15 mins and finally gave up. Room was nice and seemed sound proof. Location is very close to the board walk.

The hotel was very clean and beautiful. Having to pay for a chair at the pool is odd but the beach is close and chair rentals are available for alot less money. We ran across a couple of grumpy employees but I think you get that everywhere now. The parking and valet was a great experience.

afterdriving for 3 hours, we arrived at the hotel and tried to check in, but they said check-in was from 4 to 8 p.m. Our family was very tired. Check-in was definitely at 4 p.m. They said the cleaning wasn't finished yet. We didn't get to the hotel room until 5:30 p.m. When I got to the room, the room was full of dust and the bathroom door was locked so I couldn't use it. I called the front desk, but 40 minutes had passed. There was a lot of dust in the bathroom, so I took a photo and kept it as evidence. I was surprised to see trash left in the closet, and I also took a photo. The staff came and cleaned it up and took a picture together. There were 4 people staying in the room, but if you call to ask for 2 more towels, the wait is usually about 45 minutes. I wonder if someone said this hotel was 5th grade. Absolutely not. I have been staying in overseas hotels for 30 years, so I know this is 2. The rating is enough. It was the worst hotel I would never recommend. It was a nightmare time. I will never go again. Nobu Hotel.
