For the most part the staff was nice and the rooms were clean. The first room we stayed in refrigerator door was broken. The maintenance guy did come to fix it, but I didn’t initially complain about it. so it probably was filed by whoever stayed in the room before us.

My room key was not authorized for parking access and the pool should close a little bit later. 8-5pm and a weekday is not conducive to people staying there but working. Maybe 7pm

I would not stay at the this casino again. I had a horrible experience with the front desk during my check out. Also paying for a “resort fee” that only gives you internet phone and a room coffee maker is horrendous. You still have to pay for the pool on a daily rate of $10 per day. There are much better options in Atlantic City to visit
