Housekeeping skipped a service.....
We loved Harrah's. Housekeeping skipped a day and didn't touch our room on the 3rd day. So, we had no new sheets or towels and the room wasn't kept, for 48 hours. I brought this to the hotel's attention, via texts to Ivy. They were unable to help, change or adjust anything to fix the issue. Very disappointing, after such a great stay, otherwise.
