Stay at your own risk! We had the most horrific occurrence at this property and the staff and manager were extremely unprofessional. We checked in at 3pm and due to an event on the other side of town we registered picked up our keys and headed out without going to put our stuff in the room. We were mainly concerned with making sure we had our keys as there’s no one working the front desk after 11. We returned at around 1 am and made our way up to the room upon arriving to the door we could hear loud music coming from the room and the door was propped a few inches open. In shock I knocked on the door and to my surprise a young male opened the door followed by a female. I asked them if they were assigned to the room to which they couldn’t answer and appeared to get really nervous. We then went down to the lobby where a security was sitting and manning the cameras that they have on property. I explained to him that we had just arrived to our room and that there were other people occupying the room. He asked to see my room keys and I’d and checked there computer system. He then stated my name back to me and confirmed that I was assigned to the room. I asked if he could go and check the room to see who was in there to which he was reluctant to do. He got on the phone and called the manager and explained the situation and then passed the phone to me. During our talk the manager assured me that she would be back on duty later that day in the afternoon. She also assured me that she w

Not a great option. Furniture was old and falling apart, the bathroom was always flooding due to the shower, I had my own little band of roaches each evening. The building had a terrible smell and the carpeting and flooring was dirtier than the streets.

Your booking page did not clause that a 3rd party company charges to park at your hotel even though im a guest. I paid for parking after renting a vehicle. I returned the rental car next day bcuz all together i spent $700 on just having a car. Your hotel was no help in helping me get back the un-used $160 parking fee portion after returning my rental. The 3rd party company was non-responsive to my calls or request for refund. I will not recommend staying here to anyone bcuz of my financial loss.

The property was not the one advertised, the condition of the room was terrible,(sheets dirty, seemed that there were bugs on the sheets we were itching since we arrived , there were hairs in the drawers and no closet , they told us no HK unless requested , sheets not overturned every three days to save on water and labor . The worst hotel I ever checked in , We tried to cancel our 6 day stay , but they refused to give us credit for the other 5 days , we immediately looked for a better place the next day ! Do not recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Honolulu ! We found 1st class hotel beach front for just a few $$ more !!!

Although the hotel offered great pricing compared to other places in the area, the age of the building was quite noticeable. The staff was very helpful, and it was within walking distance of the beach. However, our room had an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. Without the air conditioning running 24/7 and keeping the restroom door closed with the fan on continuously, it would have been unbearable to stay in the room. Fortunately, we only spent a few hours there, mainly for sleeping so we could let it go. Another issue was that no one bothered to come to clean our room within 4days of stay :)

The bakery in the lobby as some of the most delicious treats, and the woman who works there is super nice! Vicky and the staff at the lobby check in desk went above and beyond to help me with my delayed check in (due to a canceled flight) and also helped me find a hat that I left at the check in counter by mistake. All in all, I had a wonderful stay and will be back. Thank you all so much for making my stay memorable.

Troy was nice. Restaurants were pretty close but hotel restaurant was closed without notice. I had planned on getting something to take up to my room. Had to order delivery that added $10 in fees to similar dish. Hotel is rundown and gross, bugs, dresser blocking door, shower curtain was too small and water got everywhere, bed had stains, tiny towels, dirty blanket, and rhe list goes on. Just no.
