When we arrived at 4 we had to wait over an hour for our room to be ready. It took me walking back up to check in to inquire once again if our room was ready. At this point, we had already missed our 5:00 pm dinner reservations. Once we go up to the room and open the door, you start choking on the Marijuana smoke. We then go back down and tell them what was wrong and how we now are approaching 6pm and have missed our dinner reservations. The manager comes over couldn't care less about any of our issues and offers us a $100 voucher to use on the property because we booked the room through expedia.Mind you we went for the Teddy Swims concert, and it was packed, so good luck finding something to eat. The manager gives us another room and tells us this is the only room left in the whole casino but assured us she would make sure it was clean. Well wouldn't you know, we go back up to the new room, and it was just as bad. Filthy! Dirt on the light switches (I have a photo) hair in the shower, hair on the pillows. AT this point we are completely disgusted, I go back downstairs, and I am told there is nothing they can do but promise personally the room will be cleaned. We had no choice but to take her word for it and went on our way to try and find something to eat after our 3.5 hr drive and 2.5 hr room issue. Once the concert was over, back to the room we go, and it looked like the only thing they did was remake the bed and pick up the hair in the shower. Terrible expereince!

We did not know that the room would not have a coffee maker or a microwave. No one ever came to clean our room or supply new sheets or towels. I understand about the microwave due to it being a fire hazard. But as this was a big weekend for me as it was my 69th birthday. I hope the next time will be much better.
