The hotel is beautiful. It gives you a real vacation vibe. My room view was amazing, and the hotel is very clean. The only issues I had were my reservation getting messed up. There was someone staying at the hotel with the same name as me, and they had me booked for a suite. Had I not gone down to let them know my room key was not working, I would have never known this. Also, my 3 year old got hurt at the indoor pool. When I asked for a first aid kid, I was told that they had one, but it was locked up in the supervisors closet, and they didn't have a key and he/she was not there that day. Luckily, she was not seriously injured, but I cannot believe that an indoor/outdoor pool area with not only adults but little kids as well didn't have access to a first aid kit. That was extremely concerning.

Loved the hotel but the second hand smoke throughout the casino was really bad. People also vaping everywhere. These people need to move it outside it is disgusting! The main indoor/outdoor pool was also disappointing. It was like an echo chamber inside and the outdoor swim area was very small for the size of this resort. There is so much room at this place they could literally fit Olympic size swimming pools inside. Rooms were beautiful, shower was so big and nice.

I love everything about Ocean Resort and Casino. Everything under one roof. Spectacular decor, very professional and friendly staff. Enough restaurants to satisfy anyone’s eating preferences, and you can shop. Hotel rooms a beautiful, beds are very comfy. Ocean gets an Outstanding 10 from me. Everyone should experience Ocean at least once, you will not want to stay anywhere else.

My king size suite was absolutely magnificent. The decor was beautiful the view of the city ocean and they was outstanding. Wanted to know, I really enjoyed the daily housekeeping. All of the oceans staff that I encountered was very polite, manageable, and very, very helpful. Me being a senior citizen and not having great sense of direction. Everyone was happy to assist in helping me find my way around your hotel. I plan to return in the near future! The one thing that I did not particularly care for was the toilet in my room flushed very, very slow.

I did like where you had to show your room key in order to get into any part of the facility. The area where the pool is too many chairs put together there was no room To even get between them. The area was clean. The music was great. The people were great by too many people in the hotel and not enough space by the pool, which is where everybody wanted to be. The only problem I had Was that there was a make up foundation mark on the comforter on the bed which I don’t wear foundation so it was not mine. That kind of grossed me out that means they don’t take those blankets off between guests To wash them. The room itself was clean. The bathroom was clean. The shower was clean. The towels were clean. The building itself was clean that I was aware of except the parking lot. There was a lot of debris around the parking lot, including a water bottle That had a yellow color to it, and I don’t have to tell you what it was.
