This property is one step up from motel. parking is $25 a night. They didn’t have any washcloths there is pet hair everywhere. Also, the elevator smells like dog pee. I would not recommend staying here.

The 1st room they gave me was dirty the soap was open on the sink with water all around it like somebody just washed up at the sink . The sheets had stains all over them I went to the front desk and they gave me another room . The 2nd room had roaches 😩 I would not stay at this hotel again , I would love a refund.

It was the most HORRIBLE experience. I booked 3 nights and I was already checked out on day 2 by 9am. Everything was dirty. The room was cold. No hot water. Elevator were dirty. The rug were disgusting. No restaurant available only a pizza shop. Is a pet friendly hotel so there's a lot of dog peeing all over the lobby. It was the worse experience ever!

That and pillows were very uncomfortable very small pillows showerhead very low. You can stay in the shower and it comes up to your chest. Find a roach crawling on the curtain in the bathroom. Front desk did not give you enough info where you were going. Place look outdated

Property has potential to be a great family hotel/waterpark and seems like they started to upgrade some rooms even though we stayed at 15 floor 2 bedroom suite and the room was outdated and smelled like smoke but other family stayed on the 11th floor and got a newer room that was nice , waterpark was clean and fun for kids so in a nutshell if they redo the entire hotel then this place has great potential

Parking was the only issue. They should be more specific about having to pay parking in Advance and not at exiting. I had to pay $78 dollars because I didn’t know you had to pay in advance.

Staff freindly and prompt. Outside areas(hallways, elevator) needs cleaning and updates but the room (King suite-high floor)was clean and spacious. 2 separate climate controls for rooms was nice. Sliding doors for bedroom needs new locks. Both TV's had weird blu tint for picture quality.Jetted tub needs more power. Slow but sufficient wi-fi. My room (2102) was next to the elevators which you will hear all night. Not loud or distracting but noticeable humming as they go up and down. Overall stay was great, quiet and enjoyable. Didn’t take advantage of the water park or kids event/entertainment areas but looked efficient. Would definitely stay again.
