Love the family atmosphere. Excellent idea replacing the Casino with family oriented atmosphere. Best idea ever.

Only 3/6 elevators were working. Numerous outlets didn't work. Had a weird hole in our wall under a picture. The shower floor was squishy almost like it had mold under it or something. The beds are the hardest ones i've stayed in. The remote controller didnt work properly for the TV. The arcade had tons of unusable games and games that didnt work properly. Staff was insanely friendly though all around. Some of the nicest I've encounterered.

The hotel is run down a bit and very understaffed. But the whole gaming area is excellent fir kids and adults. So much to do. The water park was clean and bright. Perfect water park. Other hotel options available. But it was very safe.

I’ll never stay here again. I found a bed bug in my bed. I went down and told the front desk. It was 1 in the morning. The girl at the desk was very nice. We switched rooms to a different floor. The original floor we were on smelt horrible. There are no fitted sheets on the beds. Our new room the pillows were stained yellow. There was an orange stain on the comforter. The vending machine was working but the water we got from it for my son was hot. The ice machine was broken. I spoke to Amanda the manager and she said as a courtesy she was going to refund the room. That was almost 3 weeks ago and I have not received a refund. I called this past Saturday and was told Amanda was busy and would call me back. It’s now Thursday and I have not received a call back. I’ve called several times a day since Monday and it just rings and rings and then disconnects. I will be going through other sources to try and get my money back. Do not stay at this hotel. Completely gross and horrible service.

Good stay. Lack of things in room like soad and mini shampoos. But the hotel itself was great. So enjoyed. Pricing was good since i had a discount. Food was definitely expensive but was good.

Didn’t like anything about this place. Worn and dirty carpeting throughout. Poor communication regarding paid parking, never told about a discount code needed from the water park, even though we stayed at hotel. I paid the $25, staff at water park didn’t know code. Just a horrible experience. The room all the electrical outlets were falling out of the wall, fire danger. Only 2 pillows on each bed and they were flat. I should get a refund for our stay. Never again

Room was not available when we checked in and I stood in the check in line for about an hour an a half, room smelled like smoke and it was a non smoking room, bed was very uncomfortable and hotel needs to be updated.

Worst hotel ever it has a big box roaches customer service. It’s one of the worst people get dropped over there. I will not recommend it to any person try to go to Atlantic City.

The check in process is extremely antiquated, We had to wait till 4pm where all guests had to forma line to check in. We could not check in at the time we arrived which was 10:30 am. At 4PM, it was horrible. Literally about 200 guests we in line and the line ended at 8:00pm. Rooms were not ready, hotel very short staffed, their check in systems were not up-dated. We got in our room, and my family and many other families were still not found in their system. We got in our room at 9PM!!!
