During check in the lady was very rude. The quilt on the bed was dirty had to go downstairs for fresh bedding. The pull out was very uncomfortable my daughter couldn't sleep on it . The water pressure In the shower was non existent. Ate at one of the food options and the waiter ignored us was mostly on his phone and got our order wrong. When I booked the room on Expedia there was no mention that the pool was being renovated.

One of the grimiest hotels I have ever stayed in. Hotel is in need of a renovation. My room had a weird odor. The bathroom had peeling wallpaper, mold and a drippy faucet. Im assuming it is a pet friendly hotel, so you have to listen to everyones dogs barking and crying through the paper thin walls. Also, the elevators were not working, so I had to walk around looking for another elevator to get up to my room. No signs saying why, just not working. I would not recommend this place

Nice, spacious rooms & bathrooms. Good value for the family room. The fridge was appreciated. But: The mattresses were are a little “saggy”. The AirPark system is a little complicated, and the receptionist did not seem to understand it completely either. Finally: WHY IS IT NECESSARY TO HOLD OUR SECURITY DEPOSITS FOR MORE THAN 1DAY after we check out???

We stayed the night of the Sin AC Halloween Party and we expected it to be busy and loud. What we didn’t expect was noisy and loud kids screaming and pressing elevator buttons returning you to the same floor or the elevators to end up breaking entirely causing us to have to walk down six flights of stairs. My husband has cancer and can’t do all of that activity. Worst part was when I finally got to Guest Services after we walked down six flights of stairs and made our way through employee only areas trying to find an exit to get out to the main floor the manager was incredibly rude and did not want to help. He made us feel dumb because we didn’t know to go through the green employee doors to use the other set of working elevators when there was no signs saying to do so. All the elevators need major upgrades as no lights work or they barely work and it’s also a wild goose hunt trying to find a working ice machine. If you’re going to stay here good luck. The room was okay but everything else was kinda awful. Will never stay here again even for the Halloween party next year or New Years we will stay elsewhere.
