Perfect for our family!
So very happy. We had the perfect room for our family. Spacious, clean, comfortable,and quiet... which was so welcomed after a long drive. The staff were so kind and easygoing. Near grocery stores and restaurants. Near perfect location!

It was just bad! The room stunk, and rolly polly's and spiders everywhere in bathroom. The sheets and blankets were so old and stained. The breakfast was a joke. They had like 3 muffins, 1 bagel, out. It was kinda funny.

Very musty smell to the room, with lots of water staining on tile ceiling in bathroom. TV didn't work but the staff was quick to come to the room and fix it. I forgot to call ahead to arrange a pet room but staff was able to help without issue.

We reserved the family room, and the smell was awful. The beds looked like someone had layed on them, and the carpets felt dirty. The bathtub had hairs in it and the bathroom floor felt sticky. We bought febreeze, a bath mat and rug for the bathroom.

The property was ok. The room appearred sloppily cleaned, which was ok for the most part. The shower curtain stood out as having soap scum and smelled as if it hadn't been washed. It was gross to shower near that curtain.

This was the last night of our trip. Wanted a place with a pool. We arrived with enough time for a quick swim before bed and another the next morning. Loved our stay here. Room was big with big screen TV and decent channels. Had a tub to bathe our five year old. Breakfast was what you'd expect plus biscuits and gravy. Indoor pool was awesome. Next time we're cruising through western Iowa we will definitely stay here again. Staff was as nice as could be. Like i said, loved our stay.
