Great place! Gave it rating I did as carrier on 1st floor is always damp (in summer), shower head was bad (which they fixed immediately when I told them!), outlet didn’t work (not fixed), sink plug didn’t work (which they fixed immediately!) They are very accommodating! Always love staying there but this time….. LOVE that they fixed things right away!!!! Thank you!!

Did not conform to ADA act. I am 86 and have back problems. Property does not have an elevator. I requested a first floor room but was given second floor room which required carrying my luggage up two flights of stairs and down.

Tge overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The building did have an oddodor and the carpet felt like it had a film on it. Walking in bare feet felt odd.

Hotel was very nice and clean, bed was comfortable. Only draw back, no elevators! Carrying suitcases upstairs with disabilities is a big problem. Ask for a first floor if you are older.

Clean and adequate
No many choices for hotels in Atlantic Iowa. This hotel is clean. The staff is nice. I only stayed one night. The room is very dimly lit. Since I was on the first floor facing the parking lot it was not always practical to open the drapes to get more light. They need a few more lightbulbs. Also, be sure to bring your own brick for charging as there are no USB ports in lamps or anywhere.

Bed was way too high. Steps were available at the desk to get into bed. I’m 5’6”. Falling off the step would be very dangerous, especially for older folks. Upholstered chair needs replacing. Clean and quiet.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly, super accommodating and even waived the deposit which was welcome. However my biggest complaint would be the state of the room, specifically the fact that it was infested with ants and spiders. My first 10 minutes of sitting down had me get bit by a little eight-legged cretan, followed by my feet being swarmed by a dozen ants and more once I was actually in bed. No bed bugs that I could see but the ants and spiders were pretty intolerable. Still picking off a few from my luggage on the road. Not sure if it's just the specific building that I was in or if both buildings will have this issue, or if it was even just the room itself but definitely consider it if you're going to stay here. Otherwise for the price and service if you just need somewhere for a quick stay then you can't really do much worse.

Bed was comfortable, a little too high for this 5'2" customer. Wasn't until last day I noticed in the binder that stepstools were available at front desk! Overall, the facility was well kept and pleasant.

My only complaint was the lighting for the bathroom sink was not good. Hard to see to put on makeup or shave. Very nice for the price.
