Stay here instead of Des Moines, this place is SUPER CLEAN! This is our new stop for the night after dinner at the Iowa Machine Shed in Urbandale, well worth the extra 30 minute drive! Highly recommend!!!!

Clean and comfortable
We needed a quick, inexpensive place to stay while driving through the area. This was a perfect option. The motel is old and outdated but clean. Bed was comfortable (pillow was not) and it ha d everything we needed. Convenient location right off the highway. Friendly staff person. Would stay again if we passed through town

Good enough.
Its a bit hard to know where to turn in, just go in behind the Caseys. Check in was good. We had a room with 2 beds so the room was too small to have a good spot to put the suitcase. The microwave in the room confused me and i burnt my breakfast. But at least they had one (others don't) As others have posted, nice for a motel. P.S. i wish the hotel and motel industry would quit cheaping out on pillows. When the pillow is so old the fluff can only make a half a pillow, don't put it on a bed.

The hotel was good, surprisingly it was quiet with it being a front door open area to the parking lot. The room was ok. It only had 2 pillows and the towels were thin. There is NO ICE MACHINE on property.

This is a great little motel! Very clean, cold AC, and a very helpful front desk staff! We would definitely stay here again and recommend others do the same. Very reasonable priced. No ice machine or breakfast.

Pretty basic. Front desk and other employees were very helpful and responsive. The room itself was clean, although the bed was REALLY close to the bathroom door. Also, no refrigerator, which would have helped with our road trip supplies. Easy access on and off the highway, and next door to gas.

Love This Motel and the Town!

It was an old fashioned mom and pop motel but was good. The prices have gone crazy so went for a cheap option. It was clean. The bed was not very comfortable. The only bad thing.
