Watch out for double bookings
Checked in at 5 PM, left belongings in our assigned room, had dinner and attended an event. Returned to assigned room, to find another family in our room. Spoke with room attendant at front desk and was told no sir your family belongs to another room. 2nd family thought it was odd others belonging were in the room, luckily nothing was stolen and we were able to get out belongings and our “new” room wasn’t occupied.

I liked the whole experience. The parking was different but was so nice to park right in front of my door! Very nice staff, and super convient to get to shopping areas and restaurants.

I am by no means picky about where I stay but this place was horrible. All the parking spaces were full, there were people habging out in the parking lot, children running around. I checked in around midnight after a concert. Was unable to sleep because someone was playing music from their car with all the doors open and every time i was close to falling asleep i would hear yhe kids giggling and screaming up and down the hallway. Concierge was unhelpful and said "I told that guy he can't be out there playing his music like that". Clearly that hadn't worked but he made no effort beyond saying what he had already done to correct the situation. We were checked in for all of 45 mins. Never again!

The pictures displayed on the site were not an accurate description of the property. The rooms were not clean, nor did we feel safe in the area, as windows were left open with just screens that could have easily been taken out. We did not stay the night, and have yet to receive a refund from the property.
