Awesome stay, very clean facility and friendly staff. Great hotel to choose if looking for somewhere to stay. My only con would be house keeping. I called multiple times for towels and never had anyone come.

The staff were very professional and very courteous. We enjoyed the accommodations and the the two nights we stayed. We loved the breakfast buffet in the morning, so much to choose from. We also got to have a drink at the bar and order from the menu in the restaurant on-site. Noticed a lot of items were not available on the menu but what we ordered made up for it. We will be back in six months

Questionable dilemma
The experience was unbearable. The room was cold. We needed to ask for blankets. We both suffer from chronic illnesses that require that we not be uncomfortable. The staff was excellent. I experienced a diabetic situation and Marquise was excellent. He took care of me and monitored the situation. He should be commended for his actions.

The closet door would not stay closed and rested behind the entry door. Rip and stain on headboard. Plastic in Keurig. Red stain on carpet. Water coming out of shower head when only using faucet portion.

My husband and I have stayed at quite a few Hotels in this price range. but we were pleasantly surprised by the sheer size of room 207. It was so open and inviting. It was clean and quiet. While I didn’t venture too far out of the room, my husband did. The staff was friendly, courteous and went out of their way to insure we were happy. It’s sometimes in the little things that we draw our conclusions. But, everything was great! I cannot tell you the last time we have stayed at a Holiday Inn or any Hotel that everything was so good.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and had a nice variety of options. They have baby cribs upon request, but they don’t have infant sized sheets. I also would not recommend using the crib for young infants (maybe for babies 7 months and up). The indoor pool was open late which was nice since we were out and about throughout the day and could enjoy it at night.
