The hotel is in a very nice location, near restaurants and bars. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need, however, we didn’t have a good experience with the service regarding parking. It was the first time that we stayed in this hotel, we thought that they had parking there, at least that’s what the website says. When we got there, the valet parking guy just asked us if we want to do self parking or valet, didn’t explain anything else, since we were going out again, we decided to do self parking, after 3 hours, we went to get the car again from the public parking around the corner, and we had to pay almost $40 for just 3 hours! Then when we came back at night, we decided to get the valet parking and we found out that we had the option to let them know if we were coming back, and they would give you a tag, it would still be the same price for 24 hours. It would have been nice to know this from the get go. The morning that we were leaving, we checked out, supposedly the receptionist called valet to get our car, we waited for almost 45 min, we went to ask the guy, he said that nobody called about our car, very disappointed about it. In addition, I think that the space for breakfast should be better layout, it was very inconvenient trying to get something to eat in a very small space to walk through, there was only 2 small toasters and one was broken, so people had to make a line to get a toast, it’s very inconvenient when there is so many people at this hotel.
