The entire floor I was put on was under major construction. I’m not talking about paint. I’m talking about doors missing. Plastic draping everywhere. I had to step over and around things to even get to my room. They should never have let guests stay in a construction zone. Extremely unsafe. The bed was very hard and there were bugs in the bathroom.

Very clean refurbished room. Great hot breakfast buffet! Shower was clean and roomy. Bed was comfy. Only two issues—walls were thin and we could easily hear the neighbors and people walking down the hallways; our room entrance door stuck firmly upon entering, every single time. We both had to use our hip or shoulder to pound on the door, then it would open, and we’d fall into the room. We could see the markings on the door from an attempt to fix this problem, but it needed more attention.

Decent, no frillls room
Decent stay. Hotel needs a maintenance and would have been nice to know that the room had no refrigerator or microwave. Other minor annoyances, like the tub stopper not working, ice & vending machines being broken on our floor, and strong odor on first floor/breakfast area really started racking up. It wasn't until after checking in that I noticed that the hotel staff apparently repeatedly caims that "renovations are forthcoming" (but they have been claiming that for literally 7 years with the same issues are still present!). At least the bed was comfortable and it had a decent sized TV, so the stay was passible.

The room was very nice, clean, and cozy. Probably the only hotel I've stayed at in a long time that still serves actual food for breakfast instead of just prepackaged junk. Starr was friendly and attentive. Very good stay.
