Only 1 gal up front when trying2check in AND check out..both were busy peak times, long lines not enough staff. Our vehicle was broken into and various items stolen, door handle was jammed & broken now must pay to repair. Asked4towels, clerk said maids will clean room & put clean towels…yeah, that didn’t happen, returned at midnight, exhausted & no towels2 take a bath, not good. Elevator way2 small and needs to be cleaned & deodorized please. Breakfast was good both days & staff was polite…

Well they had no room entry cards, staff took me up an old elevator, room was fine but some stains on the sofa, breakfast was horrible, no receipt at the check out. Shower was ok, stairway had crap on it, outside when I arrived was a girl sitting in the bushes by a door smoking. Not an 8.4

Absolutely amazing rooms. Very nice easy shower to get in and out of especially if you’re ability of lifting leg to step over the side of a regular style of shower/tub. There is no bath tub in the room I was in but an awesome shower. The only two issues I had was the hotel ran out of room cards and the desk person had let guests in their rooms so once I was in I stayed because I didn’t want to burden the desk person, second issue, when I called for a wake up call no one answered and I tried three times. In the defense of whoever was on that duty, it was a little after 1:00 AM when I tried.

ONly thing I noticed was very dirty elevator carpet and hall carpets needed cleaning. Other than a missing remote for the TV, it was just fine. A good place to stay for just one night after a football game.

Problems with curtains (would not fully close, a couple of actual physical holes in them allowing light to come through); electrical plugs were worn out and I finally found one outlet that would make contact with my phone charger; alarm clock displayed the wrong time and could not adjust it or set it for alarm; and surrounding area seems rundown with a graffiti wall a half block away.
