Some of the staff while nice 😇 didnt seem to know what was going on. We asked if the pool was open when the closed sign was up for the 5 days we were there, we decided to ask once the first night and she said it would be open the next day and again 3 days later a different staff member said she was told it was but wasnt sure we would have to check the lock. The pool once we did get in looked to not have been skimmed in a few days. Someone had lost a significant amount of hair and it was just floating ontop. We tried to see if we could skimm it ourselves gave up and/ didnt get in. Room service came once to our room a few days into our stay and we declined at that time not knowing they would never show up again. We went to the front desk and asked if we could have someone come up they said yes they would add our room to the list, they never showed up. Overall stay was fine staff was nice room was fine.

The breakfast options were very limited. The room didn’t have a microwave and the room door was hard to close. Only one elevator was working so the wait time was long at times. The positive is that the staff was nice and ready to assist.

It definitely was not what expected. The room was clean but the elevator and halls are super creepy. It needs a good upgrade for sure. The staff were friendly and the breakfast bar was decent.
