Outdated key pad
It was a nice quite get away, but no staff on premises, due to the holiday. We took a short walk just before lunch, came back to our room and the key pad to our room would not work. No one answered the security number, got in touch with Josh, said he was property manager/owner?,don’t know which. He stated he would just put us in another room, no problem…well, everything we had was in our room that the door wouldn’t open to. After about an hour had passed…We had to use the restroom, and had to search the premise's to find an open restroom to use. He later called and said he could not find anyone to open the room, due to it being Christmas Day, but will try to locate a locksmith to come open it. He called again and said that someone is in route to open the door, and will be there in about 15 minutes. Two Hispanic females arrived, did not attempt to speak or make contact with us, opened the outdated key pad, put in a new battery, and it worked. They already knew the code, and were obviously housekeeping, etc. I asked where they worked, one said Mexico, the other said iTrip Austin!It was nearly two hours, when we got back into our room, besides this problem, everything went well. Never have received a return call from their security, after leaving two messages.
