For the money stay somewhere else
Guy called me on the way there. Ran my card before I arrived which never happens. Charged me the wrong amount. Room was pretty dirty and the beds are so uncomfortable we left a day early. Room has a really bad smell in it. It’s out dated and not worth the money. Guy at the front desk was cool.

I am 61 and came out for a wedding. The mattress was uncomfortable and felt as if I would roll off, if I did not lay in the indent sweet spot. The smell as I walked in old musty moldy smell had to buy a spray when airing it out did not help. Check in was at 2pm with payment yo be collected at time or arrival at property. They ran my card for the inital payment before the 2pm check in time. What happened to pay at property? So buyer beware you literally get less that what you pay for. Reminded me of the travelocity gnome comercial of what a room looks like online VS reality. Spend the money and get a better place.

We had a great stay. The one wish is that they would have had accommodations for our luggage prior to our boat departure. Staff was friendly, room was clean, and the room was actually available earlier than expected with was great.

During our stay, the management was quick and responsive to everything we had questions for. They went out of their way to go above and beyond to accommodate many of our needs during our stay and thanks to their generous hospitality, we were able to have a wonderful 5th year anniversary vacation at Catalina Island. Can't recommend this property enough to anyone looking for a reasonably priced stay.

Absolutely loved our room!!! Guy at desk was very very helpful!!! Only thing we didn’t like was showerhead was absolutely disgusting!!!! Water came out like a water hose. Other than shower we really really liked our stay. Further away from shops/restaurants than I anticipated.

We found two cockroaches in the kitchen. The power kept shutting off turning off the air conditioning. Woke up drenched in sweat with no power. Had to keep turning the breakers back on.

We were shocked to pay over $300/night for a hotel room that had a filthy floor, broken fan in bathroom, a bathroom door that wouldn’t close (due to swelling of door or movement in the building. Some cooking pans were not usable due to the teflon being scrapped off. The bed was super comfortable. If not for the bed, we would have been miserable.
