Had an excellent time. Staff was friendly, buffet food was good, reservation dinners were nothing to brag about. For an affordable stay at a smaller, decently quieter resort, I would recommend this place for future stays.

Leaving 1 star is being very generous . Where do I even start . For beginners I just.weapped up my trip here and I was so glad to . The photos and reviews online were so misleading . The rooms very very outdated with uncomfortable beds and poor conditioned bathrooms where the showers leaked everywhere . The food was being and was the exact same every single day with No variety . The hotel was constantly losing power for hours at a time and the WiFi here is a joke . The hotel itself is located in a very unappealing and frankly very rundown area of the island . I am so disappointed with this stay .

I took my kids there for the birthday. It was the biggest mistake, this place so dirty. There was Cockroach on the floor in our room, the food was horrible. The bartender in the waterpark is so rude. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!

I wanted a quick vacation for my mum’s birthday and took my daughter and mum on the vacation. I believe for the 7 days we were there, the bed share were not changed. Coffee was there the first day and no more. No fridge accessible. Just go with your own towels because they only give you the big towel and nothing else which they don’t change just refold and hang. The fan kept making an ugly noise like it’s about to fall, TV doesn’t work and if you want to book a tour, they switch things on you. I asked for an adult only tour and was guaranteed I would get it just to be booked on a catamaran trip that I wasn’t interested in. Also with a shopping trip. If you have a wound, get ready to travel to town as they don’t have even a nurse. Please try not to purchase anything from their gift shop, things are worn d Spanish

The hotel is nothing fancy. You get what you pay for. It was pretty clean and all the staff were nice. The rooms are clean, but they refused to give us more than 2 towels after numerous times of asking for more towels. The pool and waterpark were overall fun for the kids. The pool has some missing/chipped tiles and I cut my finger very badly. The waterpark has an extremely rough floor that hurts your feet. The so called game room, kids club, and miniature golf are a joke. The buffet food was decent, but our kids didn’t like it much. You have to dine in an extremely hot room with no breeze from the outside, no fans, and no AC. It’s pretty miserable in July. The restaurants you have to reserve are slightly better. The bars only give you house margaritas or beer unless you pay the upgrade fee of $25/day per adult for premium alcohol. The worst part was I got a massage at the spa and within hours I had a rash all over my body. Luckily it was on our last day. I had to immediately go to the doctor upon arriving back in the US the next day. I’ve never had this happen at any spa in the US.

The bathrooms in the room had mold the refrigerator did not work and it was rusted and moldy. They served the same food almost everyday. Some items that were served for dinner became a breakfast item. No options for small kids with allergies. Basketball court had no rim tennis court had no net. Most staff were very Nice.

The same food is served everyday. There is only one major restaurant and it is a buffet. Tip the bartenders if you want attentive services. The activieties are fun and the staff are nice for the most part. We had an issue with one specific employee, he was very rude and watched us like a hawk.
