Quick visit to Avila

My wife and I stumbled on Avila Beach two years ago on a weekend visit to Central Coast. We were enchanted by Avila Beach and vowed to return. We made good on that during our current trip down the CA coast as we stopped for a short stay with our adult children. This property offered stunning ocean views, comfortable beds and a very pleasant location from which to enjoy Avila Beach for a more extended stay. We especially enjoyed the quiet of April with many of the stores and venues open but very unhurried and uncrowded.

Lovely views and location

This home has such a beautiful views of the ocean. So close to all the things we wanted to do such as sycamore Hot Springs, blue Moon Café in town, walk along the beach, Avila barn, etc. Highly recommend this place.

We were stunned with the beauty, not only of the decor, but the extent of the oceanfront view from the kitchen, dining room and living room, and even one of the bedrooms. We took 4 mi. walks daily- but we loved our view so much that we only dined out on one night out of four

What a view!

We had a great stay. Was perfect for 3 couples. It’s def a small living space but very well appointed and has a great use of space. We were all very comfortable! The view and location were spectacular! This is our third year staying in Avila and we hope to stay here again next time!

Awesome Beach Cottage

This house was nicer than we expected. It's really close (1 minute walk) to the beach and several restaurants. Highly recommend this house for a stay in Avila. We plan to come back next year.

Construction noise

We arrived on a Saturday and with all that was going on with Corona we welcomed the quietness. The house was amazing. Stocked with all essentials. The location was perfect. Monday morning at 7:15 am the construction started which happens to be literally right on top of the house behind. It is unfortunate because the bedroom windows are a few feet away from this. It would of been nice to know about the construction before we even booked. Not sure it would of changed our minds, but there were other properties to rent.

Great location near the beach. House is very comfortable, my family loved it.

We enjoyed our stay so much. Just walking distance to the beach and the house is well stocked and very comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom downstairs was ideal for us as it gave us some separation for my brother and his wife that joined us.

What an amazing place to stay!!!

This was an amazing house to enjoy Avila! It's right at the edge of downtown Avila and the wall of windows that look out over the ocean is priceless!!! The vacation rental company was pretty easy to work with! I will definitely be saving this rental number and rent this house again!!!!

Great house. Superb views. Wonderful access to the beach. Would definitely stay again. Flood light worked well for outside stairway. Could use a shade on the either side where the sliding glass doors are for sun coverage, a bit too bright.
