Classic Ski Home in Vail & Beaver Creek

3 bedroom, 2 bath house with mountain views located near the bottom of Beaver Creek.

Our mountain home has been recently updated with new hardwood floors, doors and trim. We have a river rock wood burning fireplace, an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. There are 3 flat screen TVs, high speed internet along with games and puzzles.

Outside we 2 decks that has tables and chairs to enjoy mountain views and can accommodate outdoor dinning. In addition we have a Weber gas grill

The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils, pots & pans, serving plates & bowls and small appliances.

There is plenty of room as there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms just under 1500' square feet total.

Vail and Beaver Creek Resorts are within 6 miles of this home. In addition Copper Mountain is 30 minutes away and Keystone and Breckenridge are about an hour away.

This property is located in EagleVail that has a residential golf course. The golf course is also a maintained cross country ski and snowshoe trail.

We require a $500 refundable deposit. In addition 50% of the total rental is due at the time of booking and the remaining is due 30 days prior to your visit.

Perfect space for a guy’s ski trip
Title says it all; the unit has tons of space and was very comfortable for my group of 6. Kitchen was especially nice and enabled us to cook during our stay. Would happily recommend to anyone visiting Vail with a group!

Ok house but filthy, cluttered and full of hair.
Filthy. The house is fine and the location is good. Just filthy. Hair (human and dog) covers every surface in the house. Kitchen counters, bathrooms and bedrooms. The beds are full of human and dog hair. Every blanket, and upholstered piece of furniture and rug covered in hair, dust, lint, and fuzz balls. When I stripped the sheets to wash them the mattress covers were full of black hairs. Dust and hair piled in every corner. Purchased a lint roller and cleaned the entire time we were there. The hair and dust was just impossible to get rid of. I tried! My husband and son have allergies that they usually can manage well, but they struggled the entire time. Cluttered with personal items so much so that we had to move things to find a place for our suitcases and other belongings. Too many personal photos everywhere! Dog bowl, vacuum and broom in the pantry--yuck. Dirty dishes in the cabinets, two broken tvs, broken coffee maker and outlet in master shocks you when you try and use it. They did provide a very nice keurig but we purchased coffee, not k-cups. So back to the store to remedy that. We purchased reusabe k-cups and left them for the next renters. One of the bath mats was soaking wet on arrival--gross. After I washed it and did two rounds in the dryer it was still soaked. I gave up and used a towel instead. And there was a terrible smell in the hall bathroom that came and went. We disinfected but never could find the source?? The bunk room is suitable only for small children--not teens or adults. Even a small child could not sit up on the bottom bunks. Room was decorated for a little girl--with stuffed animals, more personal photos and a netted canopy tent. Closets were packed with personal items so we mostly had to keep our things on the floor. No drawers at all in two of the three bedrooms. Both bedside lamp shades were broken in the master (and in the kids room). We had to prop shades against the wall to as that was the only lighting in the master! Dust webs on lighting and in corners I rented the house because we wanted a private hot tub, but given the condition of the home we were afraid to even try it for fear it would not be sanitary. Cleaning is not what you want to do on family vacation. We are still getting hair out of our suitcases and clothing! No extra toilet paper or garbage bags either, only what was on the roller (almost gone tp rolls) and in the can when we arrived. We do not need nice or fancy but we do need clean!

Perfect house for our family and friends to ski/snowboard
We had an incredible long weekend! The house was perfect for family vacation! The bunk room was great for our kids and everyone enjoyed the hot tub! The location is great if you plan to visit Vail and Beaver Creek. We would love to come back!

We loved our time in this cute and cozy home
Just what we needed a weekend in the mountains! Your cute nicely decorated home made us feel instantly relaxed- thank you! The hot tube was a huge hit - fun little house, great location- v close to Vail but away from all the crowds.
