The (queen size) bed was made of 2 mattrasses. Not sparkling clean too. Other than that a very nice stay!

Wonderful hotel located in a really nice part of town, within walking distance of everything. Hotel staff was wonderful and the room was gorgeous and very well taken care of. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in this town.

A perfect place to stay in Karlovy Vary. Most other hotels there are shabby. And there’s a bar in Pupp hotel just accross the river, which is the only one that stays open until 1am :)

Oasis comfort during the Summer Heat
The drive into town is spectacular so we knew we were in for a real treat! Upon entering the building (and easily leaving our car parked out front; they have valet service for a cost of 550 czk for 24 hours) we were greeted by a very friendly front desk who escorted us to our amazing room for the night; our bags were already in the room when we entered. The room was spacious, cool and exuded comfort! You could live in this room...so much storage space! The view was also nice facing a hill and other buildings. The toilet was a hoot and reminded us of when we lived in Korea with its cleaning and drying option. We ordered room service and my husband said the pasta was authentic and transported him to Italy. In short, I highly recommend this hotel!

World class at a great value
This is a high end boutique hotel that is a simply amazing value for the money.Well appointed rooms ,rain head showers.Pleanty of English language stations (for Europe).Right in the middle of the old city.Across from the Hotel Pupp. Valet parking.The day we left,I didn’t have to ask for the car,they had already brought it up. Breakfast was an amazing creative choice of different European cuisines. The staff was energetic,friendly and as helpful as you wanted them to be.We showed up in shorts and t-shirts and they treated us like we were part of the Royal Family Air conditioning is cold. Hey,this one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in.

Lovely Hotel centrally located
Hotel is centrally located. Lovely spacious rooms well appointed. Very Clean. Staff were very attentive and polite but did not speak much English. You need to advise them if you arriving after 5 pm as we arrived after 6.00 pm after a day of driving and staff told us they didn't think we were coming and had been waiting for us after working all day. Not many staff at the desk. Restaurant serves an extensive breakfast including cooked options and dinner was excellent and well priced.

A beautifully restored hotel in the heart of a wonderful 19th century cityThe hotel is located right in the heart of Carlsbad CZ which is a beautiful city. The restaurant is excellent with good food and the service was impeccable would recommend it highly

Lovely hotel with extremely helpful staff.
Lovely hotel with extremely helpful staff. The room was quite spacious for two and the bathroom clean with a brilliant bathtub. The private spa (sauna, steam room, large jacuzzi) is a good idea but having a non-private option would be good too. Restaurant/Cafe is nice for people watching at just above street level. Internet connection is free and of decent quality.

Great & lovely stay
This hotel is luxurious. Rooms are spacious and newly renovated with beautiful decorations. Great location. Extremely friendly and courteous team from checking in till checking out. Breakfast is great. I would not stay in any other hotel while in Karlovy Vary. Hope to visit back soon.

Old-World Elegance
This hotel is clean and elegant. The decor is opulent and the rooms extremely comfortable. One of the best beds I've ever slept in. The breakfast was top-notch. You could just order one item after another, and boy was everything good! Probably the best hotel we stayed in during our two-week trip around Europe. Would definitely stay there again!

Overnight stay in Karlovy Vary
From arrival, the hotel staff was attentive to my fiancee and myself. We were even greeted with a free welcome cocktail while the front desk checked us in. The room (301) was clean, spacious, and (aside from an iron) had every amenity you could need for an overnight trip. The spa staff were both competent and professional, and made you feel at ease upon entry. The restaurant serves a variety of breakfast items (omelettes were great), and dinner was great as well (appetizer portions are a bit small, but I think complemented the main courses very well). The location is perfect for late-night strolls or a walk across the river to the casino. Check-out was fast and simple. They even cleaned our car windows overnight; a small, personal touch that shows their attention to detail. Highly recommend this property, and will definitely stay there again if ever in Karlovy Vary/Karlsbad!

Lovely Hotel in the heart of the Old Town
The Hotel is beautiful in a great location. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The WIFI worked well. The breakfasts were the best we have ever had, exceptionally good. The small negatives - there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room - the hotel charges for water, which when you are paying a premium you expect to get for free - the hotel has a spa/sauna/steam room, but you have to book it and pay €120 for the pleasure. I would expect this to be free in an expensive hotel - the hotel was not full when we're staying and yet they gave us a room at the back of the hotel with a very limited view, it would have been a gesture of good will to give us a room with a nice view - the hotel arranged for us to take a short trip to a nearby town, Loket, which was lovely, but they charged €100 to drive us there and back (20min one way drive) which was grossly overcharging All these little things tarnished what was overall a great experience.

Small Boutique Hotel
Lovely small and quiet hotel with exceptional staff and wonderful rooms with all the modern conveniences. The full breakfast exceeded our expectations of 'breakfast included' - it was a perfect start to a day. We visited the spa and enjoyed 1 treatment, although the spa is small it was perfect way to start our vacation and ease the jet lag. Perfect location, very quiet and far enough away from the main tourist draws, but an easy walk. Highly recommend for those that enjoy and appreciate luxury.

What a nice place!
The place is a wonderful stay though understand the amenities are 80 Euro for 2 hours which is a real bummer paying the amount they ask for. The amenities are ONLY for private reservations. The breakfast menu is absolutely wonderful. The rooms are nice where the toilet is separated from the shower and main bathroom. Save yourself the cash and use the Elisabeth spa for 120 koruna per two hours.
