We came here to see the Alexander Graham Bell museum - highly recommend! This hotel served or purposes perfectly. It could probably use some renovation, but it's very nicely kept up. It's clean and we were very comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

It is an old-school motel, but it is hard to beat the location, the balconies, the view - and the lovely staff. Easy to get into Baddeck by car or foot.

Stayed in the main lodge for 3 days. Great experience! Clean room, heated pool, friendly staff. Mark from the reception was amazing, helped us out with recommendations and a great room. Food was lovely with good views. 20 min walk to the town. Will come here again.

Great view of the water from our room. Bed was comfortable and linens were good quality. Room amenities were adequate. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Pool liner could use a good scrubbing. Carpet in the room felt damp. Convenient to have on site dining although we were not there long enough to use it.

The room was very clean. The bed was great. The walls were rough requiring patching and painting at least. Exterior doors were dirty as well as those going into the rooms. Quite a contrast.

Was in a room with two double beds. Room was pleasantly decorated. Building had shifted so there was a bit of drywall buckling but this did not detrack from the stay.
