Beds made lot of sound even if moved a bit. Shower doesn’t work and it leaks drop by drop. Fridge is dummy. As it is on the road side there is lot of vehicle sound. Breakfast has cereals, coffee, waffle.

Basic place to stay - which is fine!
This is a basic room, which is exactly what I expect each time I stay here. Vagabond fulfills my expectations: Reasonably priced, clean enough, no bed bugs, and a place to get a quick night of sleep before continuing to the next destination. It can be a little noisy due to freeway noise, but turn on the room fan and you'll never notice. It also offers breakfast that starts at 4 in the morning. While Vagabond doesn't offer anything special, it also does not give any negative surprises either.

The property was clean but old and worn. Had a lot of flies in my room. The pillows were too small and there were only two of them. The noise from the highway was constant and it’s obvious they don’t have any noise suppression in their rooms. It was fine for an overnight stay, but I don’t think I’d want a longer stay. But the staff were pleasant and I do think they’re trying hard to make it a pleasant experience, but it just falls a little short.

The shower in the room was broken and not usable. Also, two rooms down the room had a damaged A/C that ran for two days and was so loud it kept me up at night.

This hotel did not meet my already low expectations. I knew that booking this stay would mean staying in a budget motel. I expected no amenities with few or no comforts in the room. I was just hoping for clean. We stayed in a room at the front of the property. The noise from the Interstate 5 freeway was pretty noticeable. The “non-smoking” room reeked of cigarette smoke. It was a lingering scent that just when you thought you had actually gotten used to it, you would move in the bed and get a hefty, nauseating whiff of it wafting up at you from the linens. We were told that there was free WiFi, but the network name given never appeared for us to try to make that connection. (There were no other neighboring networks available, either, password protected or not.) The toilet ran unless you did the little jiggle of the handle after use. Sometimes it would run randomly for a short time without being used, just for fun I suppose. This was all the more noticeable because the bathroom door did not shut completely as it was broken. Not only was the door coming off one of the hinges, but the actual door was coming apart. The inner core was separating from the outer laminated panels and one of those prevented the door from closing completely. The smoke detector was placed on the window sill after having fallen off or being removed from the ceiling. So much of the room gave off the feeling that the property is not well maintained. I could go on but am limited to this amount of characters

Double billing
I prepaid my reservation but when I arrived at the hotel they couldn’t find my reservation, thinking that the reservation didn’t go through. I went online and booked a second reservation for the same time - when they finally found my prepaid reservation (after three hours wait) and gave me my room then they double charged me And charged me again for the same room on the second reservation that I explained to them I only made because they told me they couldn’t find my original reservation. The car at the desk assured me that they wouldn’t not charge me on the second reservation however, when I called customer service, they told me that the hotel refused to refund the deposit that they charged me for not arriving on the second reservation, even though I was there.
