This place felt like being in section8 government own apartments. I made a huge mistake by not reading reviews and boy did I pay the consequences. People live there! It’s dirty, loud, and not to mention they didn’t even have an Iron in the room or Ice machine.

Ac stopped working in Middle of Night.. Tried using the Microwave to warm up babies bottle set it for 30secs and it the smell of burnt that came off of it was overwhelming and it wasnt the bottle I took it out a few secs after it started becasuse the smell of burnt we were scared the thing was gonna catch on fire.. faulty Microwave the kitchenette cabinets were dirty and splatterd who knows with what.

The door to the restroom was missing two hinges making it nearly impossible to open it. Floors were dusty, and the room was right next to what seemed to be a break room for staff as the smell of popcorn was very intense throughout the evening

I stayed for 14days (nonrefundable). There is NO housekeeping until checkout. You have to bring your dirty towels and sheets to lobby to get clean ones. There is a stove but they do not provide cookware or dishes of any kind. If you are on a BUDGET and your state is short (-3days) you should be fine. I do not recommend and will not stay again.

Hallway On third floor stunk of dog urine and spray tiring to cover it up so bad it gagged me.Front desk was snotty Big dogs in the next room would bark every 20 min. Loud music in the room next to me. Close to train track so you could hear the train. No carpet in the rooms so the room above you could hear every step or chair being moved I will say the room itself was clean but you wont get any sleep.Spent three nights and will not stay again. Its a dog kennel

I walked downstairs 5 times stating the key wasn’t working front staff gave me a new key on the 3 trip key still didn’t work was locked out of the room from 7-8:10 due to front staff being on lunch from 7-7:30 then the 5 trips up and down the elevator when finally maintenance was called. Maintenance then comes up stairs as we are sitting in the hallway on the floor. I tell him it’s us he the proceeded to call the front desk and ask her; as if we would stay on the floor in the hallway for fun. My husband has transferred up here for work so we were waiting for our apartment to be ready so I went and tried to extend our stay just a few hours he said he would extend it 1 hour until noon for 40 more dollars. The hospitality was horrible. The girl I dealt with at check in was amazing though and I appreciated that interaction.
