I loved the corner room on The 12th floor the view was amazing. And the room was very modern and clean. Also the front desk manager Robert and customer service night person Tia was absolutely amazing.
The only place I'll stay when I'm Baltimore. Ambiance, amenities, on-site restaurant, walkable attractions, you name it. The absolute best hotel in Baltimore.
I requested feather free when I booked. They were unaware of this at check in. Front desk called housekeeping to take care of it. It still had not been done 5 hours later when we returned to the room.
This is definitely my go to hotel when in Baltimore. The front desk hostess was amazing. I wish I remember her name. The on site restaurant is 5 star. It's a win win there

I heard another's room's phone alarm going off in the morning (Not much sound proof) and did not get the hand soap I requested to the guest desk for a day and a half. I finally got it when I saw the cleaning staff one morning. And very expensive parking
We loved the customer service . And the balcony was the best part to top it off .... the views and privacy.

Beautiful property right on the Baltimore Harbor. A couple things need attention: number one the patio furniture is broken and old. For the first two days we were there we couldn’t use the patio because there were no chairs to sit on. The chairs that were out there had been jury rigged and as soon as you sit in them, they break. I had to ask several times for them to bring us new patio furniture and I got a lot of pushback about that. But finally, they did produce two chairs. The room takes four and we had registered three but they still would not bring us a third chair. Unacceptable to get a balcony and not have enough chairs for all the occupants.
Beautiful beautiful Harborside restaurant that is closed in the afternoons. You can’t sit at the best tables because even though there’s several waiting staff there they won’t let you sit in the dining room. Very weird. I would stay again, but I would make sure right after I make the reservation that I talk to them about the patio furniture.
Also our private balcony was right next to a common area balcony and nobody mentioned that. It was OK most of the time but they allowed someone to have an event there one evening so we couldn’t use our patio at all.
For being brand new, floors were all scratched up in room and shower did not drain properly. The NOISE. Helicopter passing by every 15 mins til 2am and you can hear people in neighboring rooms very clearly.
