I booked a King Spa room with jacuzzi tub. When in my room the jets on the tub stopped working. I notified the front desk. They had a tech come check and he confirmed the jets were broken and advised the front desk to give us another room. Front desk obliged and also compensated me with free breakfast in the morning for the inconvenience, which was a nice gesture. When I arrived at the new room, there was a very foul odor coming from inside the room. I noticed the front desk again, which they sent a member of housekeeping to check on my claim. The member of housekeeping confirmed that they too can smell the foul odor. Housekeeping adised the front desk that they too can smell the foul odor and they recommended I change rooms again. I was upgraded this time. When I my new suite, one of the lights control flicker and the carpet leading to the bathroom had carpet nails protruding slightly enough for you to feel them at the bottom of your foot if you step wrong. Management was notified of everything the next day. Management apologized, and advised me to contact Hotels.com, make them aware and they will refund me 50 percent of my stay amount.
