There was so little parking that it should not be included as available. The only option is to pay a 3rd party via a really bad app, when many international tourists don’t have access. It’s too late once yourve booked and committed online

The property is a good place and we enjoyed the stay. However, parking is a challenge as there are not enough spaces. Also the place didn’t have enough face cloths. I would recommend carrying your own.

Hotel was great! Location is a bit from central Queenstown but an easy 20-25 minute drive away. Its also close to the airport and other shopping in the area and near the river for convenient walks along the riverside.

Close to airport - nice hotel
Fantastic view of mountains. Comfortable beds. Kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Limited parking, so had to go to public paid car park one day - but was made aware of this prior to arrival. Difficult as nowhere really to stop(legally!!) and drop off your bags Very close to airport. Walkable to local supermarket/eateries. About 20 mins drive to Queenstown

I was deeply disappointed by the extremely rude attitude of the receptionist. I only asked a polite question about something I didn’t understand, but she responded in a condescending and pressuring manner. It completely ruined my trip, which I had been looking forward to.

Great hotel! This property is situated on the other side of the lake from town. So the atmosphere is a bit more laidback and the surrounding is beautiful! Rooms are super clean and modern. I just wish the breakfast area was open and had windows! Felt claustrophobic.

We booked this “aparthotel” because it included a washer/dryer and small kitchen - which was very convenient after a week of trekking. We would recommend this place if you have a car (limited parking available) and/or don’t mind walking about 15 min to shops and restaurants. The Remarkables area is pretty close to the airport but somewhat remote from downtown Queenstown, which we didn’t mind as we had already stayed in the busy CBD before we began our trek. Cell service outside of the hotel WiFi is also pretty limited.

Good but don’t pay for a mountain view
The hotel is good, I would say don’t bother to paying for a Mountain View room though as there is some questionable architecture and the rooms have a huge metal beam across the window, quite odd and really spoils the view. Otherwise the room was clean and well equipped.
