Property, staff and facilities are amazing. Cleaning each day, with a focus on making the bed and emptying bins mostly. Great views accessible with only a little walk to the closest bus and shops, and a little drive to the city and Frankton bus station (a stop on most tours)

I received a ticket while staying on the hotel property because the hotel DID NOT have enough parking spaces. I actually parked in a valid space, but one wheel was on the grass (so I would not impeded other traffic) and the hotel DID NOT give me a parking permit even though I rold them I was renting a car (and how to catch bus to rental car agency which they told me how to catch the bus). Last, the older lady working the desk when i checked out was really sour and rude. Not helpful at all.

The Hotel was in excellent condition and staff extremely helpful with a couple of minor issue we had with the washer dryer set up. We did notice some noise from the front sliding door whenever they opened and closed below our room but not too bad once it was later. Overall pretty good.

The hotel was very easy to find. The room was a great size with a comfortable bed. My room was catered to everyday by the cleaners, which was lovely. I did read other comments about bad parking options prior to my visit. This was not the case at all. There was free parking available and if you could not get a space there, there is a $10 for 24 hours park just behind the building. I highly recommend and would stay here again in the future.

Quiet and comfortable
Easy location near the airport and in between both major ski mountains. 15-20 minute drive to downtown Queenstown but super hard during peak times. Room was comfortable and surprisingly very quiet even though we were so close to the airport. Parking was free but was on first-come-first basis, but we never had issues. Drying room in basement for snow gear. Housekeeping took a while to make up room some days. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Hotel is new and nice, staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel room was provided with kitchen so you can cook and store your goodies, and also you can wash your clothes and dry them in the bathroom.👌

Great room- fantastic views, very clean and great bathroom. Bit far away from Queenstown, in busy seasons there is a fair bit of traffic going into town so it can take 30 mins from the Hotel.

Close to airport and fantastic views of the mountains. Easy commute to The Remarkables ski area and Coronet Peak. City center about 15 minute drive. Had 1 bedroom unit that came with washer and dryer (what a plus!) good size fridge. Kitchen sink was small, but had dishwasher that worked well.
