There was so little parking that it should not be included as available. The only option is to pay a 3rd party via a really bad app, when many international tourists don’t have access. It’s too late once yourve booked and committed online

Really convenient hotel for airport. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Hotel staff were really helpful in explaining parking arrangements and suggesting places to eat. All in all great place to stay

Great hotel, seems new and a bit removed from shops but easily walkable. Parking does seem to be a bit of a challenge as there do not seem to be enough free spaces for hotel guests. I suspect this will change in the near future.

We weren't informed until right before coming to the property that the parking was limited and we would have to pay for parking if we didn't get a free spot. (Which I booked the hotel specifically because it said it had onsite parking) and overnight parking was 10$ a night which was an extra expense we weren't expecting. Our sink in our room was broken, the remote control for the television was broken. We left several notes for the cleaners because the decorative blanket had someone else's bodily fluids (sex stains) on it and we asked the cleaners to please NOT put it back on our bed, and they kept putting this nasty blanket back on our clean bed.

Alot of rooms have exposed support beams going through rooms and in front of windows obscurring the mountain view. They dont advertise that, so if you request a room with a view beware.

The facility is very good. Room was clean, comfortable, and convenient with a kitchen area and washer and drier. A shopping center is near by, It's very close to the airport, however we didn't realize Queenstown is about 10 km away. But we can take a bus to town. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The only complain I have is about the parking. It has only limited parking around the hotel, and if you come back later (like after 7:00pm) and parking would be full and you will have to go to a paid parking facility and walk back.
