Do Not Stay Here - Hotel Doesn't Care
Worst hotel experiences I've had. 1st - My family came back to our room after an extremely long day with 2 of my kids sick, only to find that our room had been completely moved with all of our things moved so the carpets could be cleaned. There was ZERO communication from the office staff regarding the cleaning. When I approached the front office about it they said that it was posted. Only for the staff to point to a page long document, that was so long and lengthy that no one while checking in read it. I watched as multiple people checked in and not a single person read it NOR did the front office staff notify the people checking in about it. This was the worst communication and failure to provide notice. 2nd - The rooms smelled of cannabis and could be smelled along first floor. This is not a family friendly environment. 3rd- We had visitors directly above us that stomped and yelled beyond the 10 PM hours which guests are asked to respect. I approached the front office staff about it after visiting the room myself and asking them to "please be quiet". They called the room, but did not speak to anyone nor tried to go and talk to the guests. 4th - There was garbage all over the property. Trash cans were completely full and overflowing. trash lined all of the parking lot areas and parking stalls. Because of the issues that we faced we did not stay for our remaining day. We will NOT be staying with Sonesta again.

Only stayed for one night, so I didn’t experience much at the hotel. But the sheets were clean, and the bathroom was well kept as well. I didn’t experience anything that I did not like. I didn’t have their breakfast either. But, if you’re looking for somewhere to just spend a night, this would be a good selection, based on my experience.
