Nice room but hotel was a construction zone
Room was very nice but much of the hotel was under renovation, requiring one to walk through debris, construction supplies, etc. The fee for self parking and having to walk halfway around the building to a temporary entrance was disappointing.

Everything was great. Good deal on the hotel having renovated rooms. Would definitely stay again. They should check on plumbing next. Toilet would flush and would run frequently throughout the night.

Mr. Hank the rep on duty was well rounded. Answered my questions as I present them. Quite knowledgeable about his immediate surroundings. In addition days later I interacted with Mrs. Mila who helped me with the replenishment of new towels and paper for my nature callings. Be aware that the property is going through some repairs.

I made a same day reservation. Your system moved it to the next day .when I arrived they had NO reservation. There’s went my discount and my reservation. I ha dot pay the full price. I was only there for 5 hours as I has an early flight. This is the 2nd time it’s happened to me. I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE AGAIN, UNLESS I GET MY ORIGINAL REFUND. I WILL USE EVERY PLATFORM

It was the worst hotel experience of my 66 year lifetime. The property is undergoing a complete renovation, therefore leaving debris all over the place. The staff was on sight, not professional with their attire as well as effective communication skills. I will never ever stay at the Sonesta near BWI. I was scheduled to stay 2 nights and due to my frustrations with overall distractions I left after the first night.

Not inviting entrance and check in.
The hotel is being renovated. I arrived at 10:00 to find the front door “closed for renovations”. There was a sign that pointed guests to a side entrance for check in. The door was locked so I had to bang on the door for someone to let me in. It was definitely not inviting and actually pretty creepy. I won’t stay at that hotel again.
