We were in the area for a last minute thanksgiving invite. Not many rooms were available in the proximity of the festivities. The hotel was apt for the stay. All we needed was a bed and shower. No complaints.

We always stay at this Quality Inn when we visit Coos Bay. Brook at the front desk made sure we had the rooms we needed on the first floor. Everyone we meet here is great.

Wonderful staff, fast/easy check-in. Convenient breakfast. The spa tub was down for maintenance, which was a bummer, but the rooms were large and the kids had lots of room to play. We even left a few belongings, called, and they are making arrangements to mail them back :)

Pros: I was impressed with the crisp, clean look of the room. The beds were comfortable and bedding more luxurious than expected for the price. The breakfast is excellent! There are so many different options that I’m sorry I was only staying one night. Cons: The tv only had a few channels. Not a big deal to me, but it could be for others. Some reviewers have pointed out the lack of working hot tub. I was really disappointed about that but forewarned by the reviews. I would have been really angry if I didn’t know the info was incorrect. They say they’ve notified Expedia and have no control over the fact that the information hasn’t been updated. Honestly, there wasn’t much I could find fault with. I just don’t give 5 stars to any place unless they truly blow my socks off. This place was solid. I felt this was an excellent value for the money. I would stay here again. Get the hot tub working and I’d be willing to spend a little more.

Could it be that you guys missed represented the place I was renting I was going for a certain reason and I saw that on your website. The certain reason was there indoor swimming pool and hot tub there was neither and I paid for a place so I could use the Jacuzzi and you lied to me And you no way to change your reservations on your mistake. The weatherstripping on the doors was nonexistent. It’s been painted so many times there is no cushion to keep the warm air in or the cold air out. It’s on the edge of the ocean. It’s kind of important.

I found the room suitable for my needs. I would have liked more pillows, or firmer pillows. I appreciated the friendly, helpful staff, and the 24-hr complimentary hot drinks in the lobby were great during cold weather. The breakfast was adequate. The spa was under repair during my stay, so I can't comment on that.

My wife would never stay here
Room was clean. No hot water. Toilet was loose. Furniture was old. Outside parking lot entrance into room. Room 108 had two doors to the outside parking lot. Very strange and a little unsafe. Surroundings were dark. Breakfast was very good.
