We paid over $300 for 1 night. In my opinion it was definitely not worth it. The room looked nothing like the photos which was extremely disappointing because thats why i booked the room. Then getting into the room i noticed the sheets had rips in them. There wasnt a microwave nor were there slippers provided. The breakfast buffet was awful, and again overpriced for what was provided. The room was so basic i thought i was at a super 8. Its a tourist town so i realize thats how the rooms are priced. Anyways, there was nothing remotely special about the room and i would not stay here again.

This is always my first choice of hotel in Banff because of its superior pool and steam room, exceptional array of high quality restaurants and amazingly helpful, friendly staff. There are however some upgrades being made at the hotel at the moment, which did unfortunately show in the cleanliness.
