Excellent hotel , very modern, and the buffet breakfast. Probably the best I’ve ever had. Pool was on 26th floor over looking Bangkok. No faults what so ever , can’t fault it

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. But it took a while to get to my room from ground floor because the hotel is so big (54 floors total) that I need to take 2 different elevators to get to higher floor.

Cleaners are thieves .. be careful
Everything was great with this Hotel except that the cleaners stolen my phone charger and also tried to open bags. Unfortunately there was no active response from the hotel. Everyone should keep his belongings in the bags while they are outside their rooms and be careful from those cleaners because if they stole anything they will deny and the hotel will do nothing with it unfortunately.
