Average hotel, could be improved.
Hotel was clean and well located for people heading to the airport, however, the air con couldn’t be changed in the room as the buttons were broken. Breakfast wasn’t impressive either, you get given a plate of eggs ham and bacon, but no one asked what I wanted. (I don’t eat pork - so the food was wasted). Toast is all you can eat, as is the coffee. Also don’t take the water from the fridge, these are charged - which is just cheeky because they’re in plastic which makes them easy to take out for the day. Whereas the free ones are glass bottles that once opened can’t be closed.

Problems with locking the door, moulding in the bathroom, bad restaurant on the rooftop with really bad service, pool is extremely small (pictures makes it look a lot bigger)

The experience was good. Our stay in Bangkok was one night. It was about a 30-40min taxi drive from Lumpinee Stadium and 30min from the Suvarnabhumi airport.

Topfloor restaurant for dinner only. Photo mislead
The reason we booked for this hotel was the great view from top floor restaurant. it was impossible to have lunch because restaurant opens for dinner only. Photo shows false ads. we ordered cocktail and an ice cream at night to enjoy the view but took about 20mins to get our order to the table. not happy wifi was bad, always need to sign in again in the morning with user name and password. very annoying signal was bad too.. check in staff was not friendly, no greetings when we leave or return back. Shower tiles is dirty and yellow. will not come back to this hotel.
