I booked the Lancaster for a one night stay as i round up my trip to South East Asia. At check in i met Bambi, Bank and Beer who were just amazing. They offered me a free room upgrade to a premium suite and i could not believe the surprise that awaited me when i walked in. It was so big and classy, that i almost considered extending my trip for another just to enjoy the facility. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Bangkok and will refer

Staff were able to assist with a refund which we are very grateful for but very inconvenient as we did expect a 5 star hotel experience. This hotel really needs maintenance done frequently. As I get very sick with mold we had to leave as the mustiness was overwhelming and I started to feel very unwell. We were also asked for a 12,000 baht deposit upon arrival which was more than half of the almost week stay. Every 5 star hotel we have stayed at only requests 2,000 baht maximum. We are grateful to the staff that assisted us but this hotel is in need of a refurbishment and maintenance asap!

It’s a quite enjoyable stay here in Lancaster I must say, it’s extremely incomparable with others with such breathtaking interior of the building. I like the way of the design. And yes, it’s very clean, highly recommended for the suite coz there is only few bucks difference on regular King room but it will be way different once you step into the suite, you deserve it. Well,Luckily I got free upgrade and it is my first time ever got chosen. lol. 5 stars is only the limitation I can give you Lancaster!

This is a very nice property and offers great value for a 5 star hotel, but there is not much walkable in the area. You need to take the MTR (10 minutes walk) to go anywhere... I also had significant Wi-Fi issues where it kept kicking my phone off every 30 seconds even after having the tech guy come to my room for 30 minutes. This issue never got resolved during my stay there. Breakfast and staff are very good and rooms very nice for the money. I've stayed here multiple times, but the Wi-Fi issue is new and hopefully gets resolved soon as everything else is great!

This is the bougiest hotel I've ever stayed at. When it says 5 star hotel, they mean it. The cost of the hotel is equivalent to a crappy hotel in the US, so I'm not used to such amazing treatment from staff. Just perfect.
