Just have to give a shout out to Oui, the concierge for his incredible service! Oui was so helpful and guided three jet lagged guests so graciously during our stay there. We will be back to thank you in person!

Called me at 12.05 pm to check out immediately while I still on a work call. They claimed the guests are here and needed the room. I asked for 15 mins more but was told to check out immediately. I did what was told and I see no one below expecting to check in immediately. Disappointing service. Will not come back again.

The staff at the front desk were not very welcoming and seemed put out by our check in and questions. The room smelled like cigarettes at first. The concierge was incredibly kind and helpful, and the location was very convenient for walking to shopping, MRT, restaurants, and tours. Overall it was a decent place to stay, but for the money paid could’ve been higher quality service.

Good location, and that’s about all.
I expected this repeat stay to be better, but aside from the location, not much to write about. Hotel is old and dated but tries to be hip. Staff is inconsistent. Some are very friendly and produce great service, others are…not. Won’t be returning.

A good hotel, large rooms although I think it is due for a refurbish. Air conditioning was rather warm. Set it to the lowest temperature 19c with fan speed at 3 but the room was still too warm to use the comforter. The area is within walking distance to Asok BTS, Terminal 21, Phrom Phong BTS, EmSphere, EmQuartier.

From the moment I arrived, Sek and Oui were outstanding!! The bar staff was lovely! The welcome drink was a beautiful touch to welcome me! The pool bar staff was wonderful (not as quick as I had wished, but all requests were met!!!!). The only dings I’m giving are for the lack of the hot tub I choose the hotel for and the spa employees were not amazing. Went to book two treatments and while looking at their menu and prices they tried to add on extra baht right in front of their binder menu with prices! I would have tipped more than that- that was a slap in the face and a disrespect. There are many many massage/spas within blocks in each direction. Stay away from the scam is my suggestion! But the breakfast was incredible and such an amazing variety of options!! So glad I added that to my room!!! Loved being so close to things and the smoking section was perfect! You can also smoke at the pool/pool bar!!! I enjoyed a 4 beer bucket and several items from appetizers to a delicious pineapple pie!! What a great place to book for your trip! Felt welcome and taken care of (minus the spa staff)
